Doesnt matter how top of the line your PC is, every machine has a maximum it can hold. Do you regularly De-Frag your hard-drive, delete all the temp files, things like that?

Check that your firewall or anti-virus isnt blocking EVE, if i ever have too re-install or make a copy or EVE, when i try too log in my A-V blocks it by default.
