121. CSM The Mittani's Misconduct Calls for Resignation - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
The real problem here is that it is blatantly obvious that a significant portion of people on the forums think this behavior is acceptable, and unless CCP makes it clear that this behavior is not acceptable - they are condoning it. This is public...

125. CSM The Mittani's Misconduct Calls for Resignation - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I would say that an apology would be sufficient, except that we all know that he would post the same apology with sarcastic commentary on other public/semi-public sites, and it would be a seriously insincere apology. I don't think an apology would...

I agree that a 5 second window of attack post log off, is the best solution and an easy one to implement. If someone is being attacked only 5s after they log off, they are definitely using logoffski.

129. Fanfest: War Declarations - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I think the solution has to lie in some real way to 'win' a war, and for an ISK-based penalty for losing. To make war a gamble that you may lose. The problem here is that it is *very* hard to define 1 or even a finite number of 'win' conditions t...
