I'd rather make corporations themselves "a big deal", by giving them things actually worth fighting for instead of just making their standard evasion tactic slightly more difficult.

The "increased ease of ganking" is still a myth. Before the T3s there were BS with the same dps but with insurance payouts, nothing has changed. Except for emergent gameplay.

What the Typhoon needs is a net increase of the splitweapon bonus to 7,5%/lvl to missile and projectile ROF and a secondary bonus. Tracking/explosion velocity, speed or falloff/missile velocity come to mind.

I like the new solitary rat, but it should really be tougher. I was able to blap a the single Harbinger NPC that is guarding a large plex in seconds with my nado. P.S: Also I repeat: 6 ship classes -> 6 plex sizes, t2 rated one class higher.
