To OP: Pilgrim (Ammar) Falcon (Caldari) Arazu (Gallante) and Rapier (Minmatar) are the ones that can use cov op cloacking device.

My dear Stamm you seem to confuse EW and nos with drones on this whole matter ! Most of us can agree on that EW and Nos together are overpowerd and if u put drones into the equation u get a result that i dont think CCP intended here. EW is broken...

Why not. Everyone concentrate their fire on the ishtar and when it goes pop what happens to the 5 drones it spat out? A EW fitted Ishtar (wich most are) could jam or dampen a few or at least one of the recons couldnt it ? By doing that u "realese...

If u relly want to be king in closerange combat there is only one choice and it is Gallante blasterships. For cruiser try the Thorax it will serve u well :)
