Assuming I dont use a coupling array and have my harvester linked directly to a silo, do I lose 100 units everytime I offline the silo, or is it only when offlining it happens to correspond with the harvester cycle completing?

IMO any form of industry = caldari. Even if you don't use all the CPU up, you will always find a use for it. If you are purely moonmining, with just one harvester then I think any tower will do, so go for the one which matches the regional ice. E...
