eh no not FoF ichabod...like possibly a part u can add to building an amount of missles that would add tracking if their current target has left the area and or is destroyed they would then start tracking your next active target...heres an example...

Hmm...just a thought...but ever had it when your launching missles everywhere in a fleet combat situation...as your missles are inbound onto target..he warps away...could it be possible to have a skill that would allow the missles that are now use...
