I like the new probing system a lot more than the old one. I especially like that with a little knowledge and player skill you can probe stuff amazingly fast and you are actually doing something interactive instead of sitting there watching a prog...

When you go to turn in the mission there is an additional option that will complete the mission and divide everything between people in your gang (up to a max of 5). The mission rewards, LP, and standing increases are evenly split.

Try comparing your sig radius to your gangmates. Someone in our gang was getting aggro from spawns more often than anyone else and he just happened to have the largest sig radius. Probably not the sole factor, but it may contribute.
