21. End game, mini fleet? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Good Lord.. I hope I never run into that thing. I fear if I destroy it the person who owns it might throw themselves out a window or something. How many LPs did it take to get that thing, anyway? ___ winterblink / warp_drive_active / eve_natu...

22. Maulus change - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
What, precisely, is the logic behind giving the Maulus a bonus in remote sensor dampening, when it's a ship designed for propulsion jamming? Wouldn't some kind of bonus to prop jamming make the Maulus more useful as a tackler? Just curious. This ...

23. Taranis loadout - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Dust Puppy Crow is only popular because it can shoot 3 cruise missiles. Which is great if you tend to kill your pray in one volley but I think if the crow needs to reload Taranis will outdamage Crow by far if using blasters....

25. Frigate Warfare for Dummies - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Edited by: Winterblink on 04/05/2004 15:48:49 Any opinions on the Maulus as a tackler? I've been experimenting with it lately and it can get in pretty fast and do its job well. Crap for offence, but then that's not really the Maulus' thing to ...

26. Thorax Fitting for lvl 3 NPC missions (combat) - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: ZelRox Yeah, ogre is the key word kere. You know, personally I prefer Wasps to Ogres. Not saying Ogres are bad, but I find Wasps move a hell of a lot quicker and don't get hurt as much as Ogres. Just my experience. :) _...

29. Shielding - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
That's the thing though, with some good relays (and skills) the recharge rate can be cut down considerably. That's what I'm sorta getting at, if anyone's tried loadouts without boosters and only some modules to boost charge rates and damage resist...

30. Shielding - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
With armor repairers being low slottable, I've been taking a hard look at my use of shields for my ships. One of the things I've been pondering is doing away with my personal standard loadouts including shield boosters, and instead replacing it wi...

31. TARGETING SPEED - please read - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Bigger target, easier to lock on to. Makes sense. I'm not sure I agree with it being in relation to your own class. For instance why would it make a difference between Frigates and Battleships targetting a cruiser? The cruiser is the same "size" f...
