4. New Dev Blog: The Second Coming of Moondoggie - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
Edited by: angulion on 21/08/2009 19:04:36 Excellent news! One thing that would be nice is if you would be able to have more than one web-browser window open - like chat channels currently (tabbed or dragged off to own window). You might want...

6. OMG, fix the scanning bubble! - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
I also vote for the old bubble. Also, I'd like to see the arrows be round instead of flat so you could more easily move for example sideway when viewing from side (no have to hit like 1 px). And more, in scanning interface a checkbox with which yo...

7. dron recall button - after d/c or for lost/ forgotten drons - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
How about drones get sent "Return to dronebay" on disconnect? Like you would have done it yourself on your drones? Wouldn't that be the simplest solution..

8. dron recall button - after d/c or for lost/ forgotten drons - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
While it sounds like a nice idea, I think it has more consequences than you thought. There are people making part of their living by scanning down and scooping up other peoples lost drones... I have no facts, but I'd guestimate 20% of drone marke...

10. Drones Or Mining Barges FIX ONE - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
How about targeting the rat yourself and tell the drones to engage. Sure works for me, but then again, I'm actually by the keyboard while mining. I don't see what you mean with "rediculously hard to defend your self with drones".

12. EVE on wine install script - please post ideas here - in Linux [original thread]
A check for sound-system might be in place as well - on a Opensuse 11.0 lappy, Eve sounded horribly jumppy/skippy all the time as long as PulseAudio was installed. Perhaps some version checking might be needed (I solved by removing all of pulseaud...

13. Something dumb. EVE, Wine, and ATI - in Linux [original thread]
Regarding ATI problems, on a ATI Radeon Mobility X1600 (yes, a lappy) EvE will freeze/crash unless I set wines affinity to be bound to a specific core with taskset. This is on an Opensuse laptop, other distros probably include taskset too. Use in...
