So basically this would make 0.0 anomalys totally worthless. Well yeah, you could always do anomalys with combination which won't be killed easily even if someone lights a cyno up, but that would make anomaly income suck even more.

Well I think that would favor bots even more than normal players. Just easy directional scanner spamming and if ship comes in it warp off and cloak. In my opinion that's much harder for player than just watching local.
