Only takes 1 lol. Fit a frig with even a MWD and go hit an astroid belt and see how well it speed tanks. Speed tanking NPC BS's is easy. It's the frigs/cruisers you gotta worry about.

Well, it can be. Note however that only a few select ships can actually warp cloaked. So if in a hauler of any sort, you would warp uncloaked to the bubble, and then cloak (assuming nothing is within 2000m) and then slow boat, and i mean SLOW boat...
