This could add more lag to the already straining servers I am sure, but a salvage system with the appropriate skills and ships could be kinda fun. Perhaps stop the jettison of modules and cargo and make someone work to recover them from the wrecka...

If the gate locking is there it does not work as I have seen standings of -6 in supposed safe 0.6 empire space and a -8 pirate in shuttle in a 0.5 system. Perhaps making concord more pro active would be an idea
