Dominix with 1 Large rep can do it. I hit my 2nd rep if its needed for other ships shooting me. Thats with 1 adaptive nano, and 3 tech II hardeners +1600 plate. Large Accommo's and not tech II. Tech II fittings suck. Not worth the small differen...
