Yes there are offices available but all the ones in the convenient areas of space have already been taken up. Do what Khan suggested if you would like an office in a nice location. Otherwise you will need to travel to less popular/lower security...

kurg quit NOW. DO IT for pittys sake. the amarr ceremony was hilarious- people shooting at cops and each other, it lagged like hell but i got to see what over 200 ships looked like in one spot and we fried the server- hehe!
