If you believe it is then you are a stupid nerd and your alliance will likely die a horrible death. Eve is a game stupid people play for fun. They choose their enemies mostly arbitrarily but mainly because of events (theft, making fun of their dead friends, shooting them in game). Sorry to burst your "eve is some epic sandbox of politics and honor and SPACE" stupidity but you're (edit-your) stupid and so is your posting if you believe any of it, stupid.

Ideologies are about an rigid, unchanging, single minded, inflexible and unadaptive approach to playing a game. Still no one has provided any examples of ideologies in eve. First off, when insulting someone's intellect make sure to use proper spelling and actual words. 'Different', 'perspective', and 'differences' are all misspelled, and 'intelligency' isn't even a word. Second, role playing is no excuse for when your arguments are incorrect or ridiculous. You also must be aware that we can look over the CSM meeting minutes and see stuff from you about destructible outposts and using your chair to shelve any other discussion of 0.0 right?
