Whisper just won some points for CCP with that.
Flexing a little muscle now in then to stop people from being inexcusably whiny brats needs to be done more often, to be quite ****ing honest. Also helps us bitter old vets know you haven't gone all tight-ass and corporate yet .

You're really not speechless after typing all that, and the only thing childish is your typing.
Don't blow something so small out of proportion, and if you don't like it then leave.
I wish the Devs were like this more often to be honest.
Reminds me way way back when Daakkon had a sig of him killing TomB, then the next day TomB changed it to him beat Daakkon with his nerf bat... anyone remember this?

Because sugar coating everything is childish and more importantly, doesn't work well.
Sometimes you need to punch someone in the face to get the point across.

Originally by: Akita T Also, the INSANE costs of those specific T3 parts which WILL be part of the cookie-cutter setups, on top of pretty damned high cost for all parts in general. Why, you ask ? Because the way you set up the harvesting of needed resources, processing chain and research/manufacture needed just cries for "OMFG, this can't possibly be even remotely cheap", even for the less in-demand parts (a.k.a. junk).
Depends. The way the chain is setup will most likely lead to fairly high production cost multipliers, but it's really not that different from T2. Also, CCP can tweak production costs and reduce the inefficiency if they want to. Increase the amount of salvage or polymers that you get, increase the efficiency in the refining process etc. As opposed to T2 there aren't really any fixed bottlenecks so there shouldn't be anything similar to the dysprosium problem. ______________________________________________ -My respect can not be won, only lost. when you have a ship t1 one or t2 there are few choices to use/fit the ship so you will know pretty well how the ship will be able to tank/dps/etc.But whit T3 you get more choices some part give more speed, other more power grind, other cpu, other fitting slots etc What this make is that our expectation to be much bigger that should be, so there you can get the parts to build ultimate tank ship you get the ship is good it tank well but is not what you expected to be whit all this options you get some kind of illusion for ultimate tank ship.
now come on troll me
if ccp doesn't do something soon about the power grind then i'm quitting. next to e-honor, it's the hardest thing to get in this game.

so i opened the thread and the thread was t3 and had many possibilities and i read the op and other posts but then i wanted to reply but there was too many options first the op say that there will be dissapointment because t3 will not meet our expectation but im like wtf do he know about our expectation maybe its his expectation but whatever then the next post he say there will be too much possibilities and eve people will run away because they dont like to think which i guess is true cuz they all stupid but we already knew that cuz op is a market psychologist
serious bizniz: ye maybe it will take a bit longer for cookie cutter setups to show up. But once the people that make EFT etc figure out a way to incorporate the modular ships in their software the math warriors will do the work for us. Prices wont matter much as you dont need to buy the actual ships. In fact the high prices, when t3 production isnt up and running yet, will probably ensure that the 'optimal' setups are all there before most people can afford the ships.
also, did whisper insinuate that we should go to SHC for fits rather than ships and modules forum? :D

I understand why people like whisper responses. I find them funny in a sarcastic/ironic way.
However, understand that making fun of someone's non-compromising saying's or even "stupid" saying's (eg op) and people jumping on top of him crashing him at every turn because of 1 e.g. post, IS bullying. Especially when it trascents the post sentences themself to imply negative (even despiseful) personal characteristics by that post, action, behaviour etc.
Now in a forum, on the internet, thats something which can be pretty common and one should be forewarned. However, on official forums from a game with specific rules of conduct that include MANY political correctness rules in the EULA (im not a fan of PC), when one of its ORGANISERS of these forums/games, advocates such bullying style responses and actions, can create a lot a LOT worse issues and its a totally different thing than if that dev was me or someone else non-ccp employer.
Lack of responsibility, is not part of any job description or work place that i know of.

The OP can be be summarized as "I haven't used the final product, but it will fail. I'm posting this in a non-constructive way in the incorrect forum". He deserves all the **** he gets, because if you decide to **** on someone elses work that they're doing, don't be surprised if they **** back. That's the way it works in real life, and people need to learn that this is the way it works on the net as well. If someone had done this in a real world pressconference the PR-man would have humiliated him there as well because the OP was wasting his and everyone elses time.

take away EFT and any other software used for fitting and you will see more crap fittings
Quote: op is a market psychologist
not yet but is proven that: one or few options = bad several number of option = good many options = choose paralysis => bad T3 represent multiple options and most of humans go in a "choose paralysis" when this happen,EFT now is helping you to make choices, when you use EFT next time ask yourself "why i use EFT?"
