Directional Scanner is completely unusable: 1. Sorting order resets each time i press 'Scan' button. 2. There is no more possibility to open info window by dblclicking on items.
FAIL.

hey i have a problem when im in stations half the place is seethrough going to the ever blckness yonder when im in space all objects keep flickering but ive noticed that they only flicker if there the main bit of the ship/station and the bits that might be added on like the raven has those big arms coming of it dont disapear although i have no problem with stargates they seem to have no problem at all so could u maybe help me

Sigh, i lost my astrology skills without warning, and before i saved my skilltraining que. I was playing around with the new feature. I noticed that when i wanted to add one to the que from the skill list, it gave a message saying that i would LOSE all my skillpoints if it would not fit in the que. I had no idea how this que thing worked so i decided not to do it. I proceed clicking on the skill que button. A new window appeared and behold a i saw a bar and i could add skills. Cool. let's try this. I had my astrogeology almost on lvl 4 (i had to train for 1 day). It was 23:58 minutes away and sooo i figured i could place a skill in the que. I did. First i put the nxt astro lvl in there. Then i decided not to do that and remove it. Remember i was just playing around with the feature. I added mining barge. I got the message that it didn't fit in the list but it appeared in it anyway. Then suddenly i see my astrogeology back on lvl 0 ... WTF i thought. I didnt click apply, i want to emphasize that!!! And Then i got the message, you made changes to your skilltraining que or something, do you want to save them? I clicked NO. NO!!! MAKE THIS RIGHT. I thought, Phew! Thank god there is a safety net. But no, there isn't. Don't **** up this que thing, Do it oldstyle until they fix this!!!!! My astrogeology rank is reset, without warning and without my consent. I'm pretty ****ed about it, that's the reason i write this here. you have been warned and please developers look into this.

i've also a problem.. i just jumped into another sector and then...nothing..i didn't see my ship anymore..i just see the environment of the sector i came from and nothing else..my ship is away..i try to relog but now the screen is black and it display the message "entering game as xxx" and the loading bar is full :((

Contrary to most of the posters here, I like the new graphics, including the warp effect, cloaking, and fitting screen. Oh well, matter of personal preference, I guess. One bug I've noticed: the tractor beams seem to display random distances for the wrecks they are tractoring, although they normally eventually settle on the right ones after a few seconds most of the time.

My "autodetect" did not do so and so I can't download Apocrypha. It's not on the website to download, the web site still has quantum rise on it. So how can I download the wonderful new game that I can't play but I've paid for?

Hey, CCP!
I was going to reply to CCP Wrangler's thread about "where do I post...", but obviously that thread is locked, so I'll reply here.
The Community providing feedback to CCP is only ONE PART of the equation when it comes to support: CCP needs to provide feedback to US with the outstanding problems we're reporting here, even if it's as simple as, "Thanks, we've got a team working on it" to "Here's the solution to that!" You guys are damn quiet, and having been here through two major expansions and a couple updates, it's obviously a pattern in lack of response to customers. So here's what I'd like to suggest:
CCP needs a web liason to act as a buffer & answer-man between CCP's devs and the community. ISD isn't it, and the ticket system, with it's multi-week wait times isn't it, and having devs hopefully reply to what people are talking about on the forums obviously isn't it, either. So you guys need someone who's sole responsibility is to respond both individually and en masse to the community here; someone with authority AT CCP (manager-level, so the position isn't a joke to the devs) to ask for straight answers from the devs & teams and get straight answers, and who has the authority to give those straight answers to us, the paying community.
Huge companies have people devoted to responding to complaints on web sites and even in Twitter, people with the authority to get to someone internal for an answer, and then that answer is given. Nothing like that exists here. You guys may take in the feedback wonderfully, but a) there's no feedback FROM you on issues, and b) we, the paying community, have no idea what, if anything, is being done by you, CCP, about the issues. Even if times are tight and you don't want to pay someone to do the job for your international company, you still need someone with respected authority inside the company to respond to us, the paying customers.
Something's broken, and it needs to be fixed.

Well done CCP for making one of the worst expansions to date IMO
No auto patching on my EVE account, 10 hours to download at 50kbps??
This better be the holy grail of MMO's or I'm out ¼¼

Sounds are muffled. None of the world sounds (except inside station) are crisp. No real audio cues in battle. Everything is just vague and distant.

I'm glad someone thinks it's 'successfully deployed'! 3 hours downloading, patching starts and then falls on its arse. All I can do is start at the begining again - and thats what it does - it hasn't even saved the frigging download file. Oh, and just in case, I've got almost 150 gig free on my C drive - so it sure as hell isn't that thats the problem. Another hugely successful ****-up! I'm giving up for tonight as the estimate for download is now running at 12 hours and try again tomorrow. Thanks a lot CCP

All I got to say is wow. I love it. Patched quickly no flaws. Slight adjustment for world sound. Everything went beautiful. The graphics and effects are superb. Running three clients no probs. I can really see the awesome work that went into this.

Ditto on that.
As for the game, Graphics are nauseating and are very terrible
I have a black box following me around on my merlin, and messing with the options for a bit, it goes way.
I have a red globe on the screen showing up on the station in amo vii.
To sum it up I have graphical bugs up the ying yang. Nothing I did fixed the problem in the options window
And Now I can't play eve without feeling ill.

managed to get the game running but as soon as I logged into my character in the station I click my character sheet the it causes my computer to overload and fry WTF CCP

can any 1 help ive downloaded the patch i had 2 inturuptions while downloading this patch the reason was a connection problem not sure if it was from them or me but still i have the patch now when i go to open the game where we enter our password and such the server is tranquility and the status say incompatable (build) can any 1 help me with this problem

Hello I'm having issues with the new premium lite graphics, the old classic client worked well for me now I lag very bad if I look at a planet/asteroid's/(POS)Player Owned Station Bubble/Star ext. I lag if I'm in warp my ship looks like crystals and lags bad as well. Can you guys bring the classic back out of retirement for the people who don't have and can't afford high end graphic cards |
