I remember the PA forums being unbelievably heated with what RONA was going to do, threads were HUGE!! about RONA leaving the PA, our TS was just absolutely loaded!!! Convo's in and out, the amount of sheer discussions were un-believable!!!!

but then we never got to finish because you declared war. That pretty much made the descision for us.

All I know is that the issue wasn't even close to over yet, but again, you attacked and here we are.

BTW can anyone read my reply a couple posts up, I am still confused on that. Much appreciated, walking the dogs now for a bit Very Happy

I wanted to be very sure that you were committing to pulling your corporations out of the PA and that there would be absolutely no ambiguity or wriggling should CDI break the parole terms (as they later did). That I asked you personally three times to swear to that oath and that your did so swear, is a pretty serious issue.

-At this point, CDI C.E.O. Krulls makes a very heartfelt and moving public appology in this forum to anyone who feels they have been wronged by his corporation. He also opens the doors for restitution to be paid to any and all who feel they are intitled. -This appology is widely recieved on this forum as "very acceptable" from representatives from JF, RKK, CoD and FU.

Incorrect. Jericho Fraction was not satisfied with this gesture alone, we said nothing on that thread and elected to wait and see if CDI would keep its promise.

Here is the thread in question: CDI Apology

What actually happened is that you presented the deal agreed on Teamspeak as a full and final resolution of the matter in that thread. People looked at it and waited to see if CDI would keep their (and your) word.

CDI broke the terms and you broke your promise.

LOL!!!Laughing

You just dont get it. LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY.

WE MADE THAT PROMISE ON TS LONG BEFORE THE SANCTIONS AGAINST CDI WERE EVEN CONCIEVED. then CDI cleaned up their act (temp).

HOW CAN WE PROMISE THAT WE WILL "LEAVE THE PA IF CDI BREAK SANCTIONS" IN THIS MEETING IF SANCTIONS AREN'T EVEN CONCIEVED FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!?!?

What am I saying?? You dont give a rats ass about the truth. Im done wasting my time debating this particular issue with you. Its the base of your platform and you will represent it in a false light until the day you die. Have fun with your twisted words and manipulations.

The following is a log from when RKK left c0d originally.

this is a very nice post etc but ...(and mod feel free to delete this pots ) ....

..this turned into NCA and their mothers vs PA again ..and euhm i never saw anyone came to me asking " WTF r u doing " when we were doing "bad things " i never saw mentioned CDI pilots being shot in d7-zac by a force of RKK and fu ( i think it was FU ) ...and that lone CDI pilot that attacked was kicked out asap after a good spellin of rules .

i also have Jade tellin me that CDI wasnt the main reason of war and that CDI was "played"( being used ) so..... and i can go on and on ..but then again i get flamed to china and back.

and things liek we have our own pirate corp for when we are bored .. oh c'mon plz

the only one i talked to was galavet i think and a few others from RKK .. they got told by me i would make sure sanctions would happen to that certain pilot and it did but they kept ignoring me after i tried to contact them and make them clear it was dealed with , i only recieved a lame reply in local from them .

etc etc etc an endless discussion .... thats why CDI will not really part in here , we will be called liars anyway etc

To Theious : a fine idea/post and hope you get all teh info you need , it also will most likely be a very good read for others in teh EVE comunity

Halseth, I don't think bold text is going to help.

Quote:
WE MADE THAT PROMISE ON TS LONG BEFORE THE SANCTIONS AGAINST CDI WERE EVEN CONCIEVED. then CDI cleaned up their act (temp).

Are you saying that you didn't even consider the sanctions you agreed to on teamspeak until two weeks after you initially made the promise? That seems a bit twisted even for you. I clearly heard the terms proposed that you agreed to and promised to pull out of the PA if they were later broken. I am a bit amazed that you would try to misrepresent this to be honest.

Quote:
HOW CAN WE PROMISE THAT WE WILL "LEAVE THE PA IF CDI BREAK SANCTIONS" IN THIS MEETING IF SANCTIONS AREN'T EVEN CONCIEVED FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!?!?

The sanctions were presented then and there as the price for the allies not immediately going to war with the Pheonix Alliance. That teamspeak meeting was an ultimatum to the PA to kick out CDI or face formal war from all the Reikoku allies. It wasn't a polite chit-chat. You were left with no alternative but to agree those sanctions and make the promises you did if PA was not to be attacked that very night.

AWM's thoughts on the Northern war or "A small corp enters a confusing seen".

AWM never was here for the beginning of the war, in fact it was only news on the Gal-Net that we even knew of any war. After securing a home in Pure Blind with our friends Blazing Dawn we set about to make ourselves rich.

Blazing Dawn had a history of pirating in the Citadel region, therefore was KOS to alot of corps. AWM pilots had also at times engaged in ransoming and killing of innocents, both in empire and lawless space. For this reason many corporations had one of us set to -10. Rightfully so. As the war continued to boil over we found it increasingly dificult to remain nuetral. We were rabbits in a field of wolves.

The crucial moment came when a NSN fleet moved against a mining operation we were conducting with support of our friends. NSN took or destroyed our cans (this is still up in the air and a point of contention) we demanded reperations for our losses, they refused of course and basically told us to go away.

Honor would not allow us to set back and be bullied so we engaged an NSN/BladeRunner fleet shortly thereafter. Now we are KOS to at least two corps in PA, one corp in CoD that I knew of, an FU corp, and more I am sure. This does not bode well for the AWM people.

Reading the posts and intentions of the warring factions, we decided it was in our best interests that Pure Blind was declared open space after the war. So we decided to throw our hat in with the NCA. This of course was a rocky start, alot of NCA corps still had us as -10, therefore conducting fleet operations could sometimes be interesting. Some PA corps were not aware of this fact either, when we encoutered this we usually informed them and let them fly away. After a fashion we got to know people in the different factions of NCA and working with them was a pleasure. The learning curve was high, AWM has lost many ships.

AWM then decided to apply to the CoD alliance. If only to honor the chance given to us by the NCA to show we were commmited to the war.

As for the politics, I couldnt care about NVA and such things. It is such a distant memory now that it seems a moot point. However once you pledge support to a group of people we cannot go back on that support. Saying this there are some PA corps that are quite honorable, NSN being one of the main ones we have dealt with, that I would hope in the future (after the war) to have the honor of flying with.

I personally have never encoutered any smack talk in the numerous battles I have been in, quite the contrary, most times there is cordial, almost pleasant conversation following the battle. I think most of the smack talk is in the forums.

Anyways, for the future generations, and the history books.

The AWM views and reasons.

This was the first major fight here:

The following is a log from when RKK left c0d originally.

R-K didn't get involved in the battle for FADE till much much later on... when it was almost finished a month after this.

Looking at this log, I stand corrected. I appears that I was indeed aware of the Coalition of Deklien that far back. Too bad that this point is insignifigant because the issue was only over weather we had a NAP or not. Please provide proof that CoD and PA had a NAP.

I only asked for proof that PA and CoD had a NAP. Please try to keep up. And again, my appologies for having stated that I didn't know about CoD at this time.

There are a couple more interesting ones with Raven De Blade when we originally founded c0d.

They can be found here:

Looking at this log, I stand corrected. I appears that I was indeed aware of the Coalition of Deklien that far back. Too bad that this point is insignifigant because the issue was only over weather we had a NAP or not. Please provide proof that CoD and PA had a NAP.

I only asked for proof that PA and CoD had a NAP. Please try to keep up. And again, my appologies for having stated that I didn't know about CoD at this time.

You asked for more logs and proof Halseth?

Well here it is.

This is a ****ty log to bring up.

It is bad memories for NCA peeps on both sides.
RKK began fighting against FADE on this date: 2004.03.06
This was the first major fight here:

Fade First Fight

The following is a log from when RKK left c0d originally.

R-K didn't get involved in the battle for FADE till much much later on... when it was almost finished a month after this.

No terms for sanction WERE EVER DISCUSSED at that one and only meeting. Period.

Again I ask, how can we discuss the terms for the sanctioning of CDI in a TS meeting 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE IDEA FOR SANCTIONING CDI IS CONCIEVED?

Answer the question that seems to defy the laws of the space-time continueum please. Very Happy

All this thread proves is the whole damn thing was FUBAR from jump. Plenty of blame to go around so everybody belly up to the table and start eating your share of crow.

Now a lot of people have enjoyed a great deal of this so something good did come out of it.

For the most part this whole thing has been about a few peoples pride on both sides of the fence.
