Yes, very true buddy, i think its also about personal taste, yes Providence is 0.0, but in my opinion the rats are a very low standard, and because of the volume of independents living there it would make earning a decent living hard. Its all good having an amazing market, but if the rats arnt there to provide isk and loot then it just makes things hard. I suppose its just about the age old risk vs reward argument, be safe in providence not earning much OR come to where i am to be less safer BUT earn tons of isk. it just depends on your preference.
the people that have come down so far say they are enjoying it, one of the guys has only been an eve player for 2 months, and already hes earning alot of isk, and selling his minerals to me, he has not left my corp yet, so i may have to kick him out , only joking, he can stay in my corp if he wants, hes under no obligation to do anything.
Im still very exited about all of this, all the struggles i have gone through in the past 4 years living here were worthit, Its been such a struggle, Now i am commited to providing assistance to any pilot that comes to live here.
For all those i have sent info to, please hurry and come down theres serious cash to be made here,

I went to chins little paradise in 0.0 a few days ago. I have made more isk (something like 19 mil) in the 6 hours of game play than in the previous months of game play. I don't know how long I ll stay in 0.0 but I have been eying this real nice bc. but who knows

could we all set our CSPA charge for messaging to 1 isk,
1, open mail facility
2, right-click the inbox TAB.
3, a box appears where u can insert the messaging charge, set this to 1 isk.

Providence is where "real" pirates go. Because it's a real EVE environment.
Where players protect their territory from pirates, and pirates purposely try to avoid the popo and still get booty from the innocent.
So basicly. You either avoid everyone, or stick near the alliance members protecting the system at the time. Otherwise, your screwed cause a stealth bomber is about to de-cloak ;). Getting online in a little bit and I'll hit you up

JFYI there are *numerous* 0.0 areas where the lowsec entryways are almost never camped. You just need to know where they are. Getting into 0.0 is easy if you know where to go.

I have to say, this offer has treated me pretty well. I've come over in my little Rifter, and done some ratting and made some money. (Not alone of course, I had help from the good people there)
20 jumps to get there initially was a bit scary, but I made it all the same. And my wallet is nice and chunky, now  .

This does sound legit.
Providance is poo for people trying to make isk ie, crapy bounty's crap roids more roaming gangs than any other 0.0 no NPC stations and most off all no officer spawns.
Surviving in 0.0 when nuetral to the holding alliance is not only fun and very proffitable but will also make you a much better player in the long run.
The hardest part of ninja ratting is keeping a ammo supplie and this looks to be sorted in this arrangement.

Progress Update:
I went back to empire and brought 200m worth of ship bluprints, currently have bluprints for most t1 ships,
The mineral cache is rising nicely thanks to the hard work of the current Hub Zero residents.
weve had one ship loss, a couple of the local alliance came by and destroyed one of our ships, they quickly left, the pilot that lost a ship feels it is a learning experience for him, he lost some isk but is still confident that he will make back the isk very quickly.
Generally things are going quite well, hurry and get down here if u responded.

Progress Update,
Ive recently built a set of cruisers for the people comming down, was a bit of a struggle getting there but ive managed to secure large amouts of minerals that im going to build battlecruisers with.
I awarded 2 of the guys that came down 10m isk eack for their hard work and dedication to the cause, keep up the good work guys.
We lost another cruiser to our enemies, the pilot took the loss on the chin and is still soldiering onward and upward.
We got in a situation with some of the local residents saying my buddys couldnt rat in Hub Zero, just as i was ready to pod the local residents their CEO convo'ed me and we reasoned out things. The problem is ******* Alliance rented them the system out to this corp, so this corp wants exclusive ratting rights to this system, I informed them ive been here for like 5 years, and that they dont make the rules in the system, Ive fought many battles here and lost many ships, no way am i gonna give up this system to a bunch of 2007 players.
Ive camped this corp once before for 3 weeks, they only ever have 2 people from their corp ratting in hub zero, this makes them an easy target for me, as they have to pay like 3 billion per month to ****** Alliance, I want to destroy their ships to make them leave but i feel bad coz they are decent people. I think i will have to pod them, so ive got the system to myself and my people. *sigh* the decisions i have to make..

Progress Update
It seems there is good times ahead of us, ive set up 4 of the dudes with battlecruisers they should find the rats alot easier now, all of them managed to hold on to a cruiser without loosing it so they ready for this, This is good, newer players can fleet up with any of those guys now, its hard to solo rat in a cruiser.
I need more of you to come down now, im better prepared to recieve you, note this well, there are very few places u can go to get a taste of real 0.0 without joining an alliance and becomming a slave. Man up and get down here,
We need all kinds of jobs done here, even ninja miners will get a good amount of money, at the moment i have approx 500 million in mineral buy orders, the asteroids are untouched here, this is a skilled miners paradise.

Sorry dude, ur too veteran and ur corp is too big, im generally lookin for highsec dwellers, 4/5 man corps, new players, a 100 man corp wouldnt go well down here, good luck and fly safe, thats an interesting employment history u got there :)
