Stain empire attacked us alongside one of their system renters, it was quite a determined attack with about 12 stain empire members, at peak times we have about 15 of us in Hub Zero.
It was difficult to do anything with them in the system, as they were hanging around for most of the day.
My plan was to attack the actual people behind the stain empire characters, i achieved this by requesting all the hub zero members get into frigates, yes you read it correctly frigates. I undocked in my super tanked drake, went safe and cloaked, and asked the hub Zero members to do the same.
Every 5 minutes i warped to a belt tanked the rats and all the hub zero members came in and finished of the rats. The funny thing is that they still earned the same amount of money as if they were in a battleship or battlecruiser, and they killed the rats quite quickly in frigates.
Stain empire were going crazy, putting up probes to scan us out warping to all the blts to find us, after about 2 hours they caught up with us with an interdictor, as i was about 85km away from belt tanking, they found it difficult to get me as i was alligned.
They put up the bubble and got 2 of our frigates, i replaced those frigate losses myself with no cost to the Hub Zero members. and we continued.
What i did was attack Stain Empire through Psychology, is it really worth them hanging around all day just to get a few frigate kills that can be easily replaced? The answer is no.
The next day they didnt bother with us, one of the stain empire system renters came in and docked up all day, but we continued to rat and had a great day.
Today is quiet again, so the members are just out ratting,
haha. sounds excellent. looking forward to more. please keep us updated here.

One note though: if you try to reach Stain, do it in a frig size fast ship, and avoid HED-GP system at any cost (enter 0.0 from Providence or Gt Wildlands, but never from Khanid).
they can also go khanid->querious->delve->stain. remember to always have the map open. then you can compare what route is best at given time. good luck.
or simply join the corp and clonejump.

"Confirming that this *could* be stain =P Check battleclinic on a couple people ^^" if it is stein then ChinChinneyChin is from goons, and goons should not be trusted by any independent player.

Supporting this whole idea and shamlessly bumping it. I think this is a great idea and could serve to see similar ideas pop up in other areas of the EVE Universe. Neutral hubs such as this serve everyone in the grand scheme of things and its good to see someone doing something new on behalf of the entire community as opposed to just being out for himself. Keep up the good work and hopefully ill make it down there (with some friends) sometime in the near future. |

Yeah, it's not like goons have ever done anything good for a bunch of noobs in T1 frigates.

Its quite unlikely that the Goons would have the co-ordination and intelligence to come up with an elaborate plan like this But whaddo I know? |

I have a few questions here:
How do you suppose to fight with capital hot-drops without soverenty and cynojammers? How much people this star system can support at current time without hurting too much isk\hour ratio? max isk\hour?
"Our cap ships" means that your are going to became yet another allience? Then what the point of all this talking about "independent pilots in T1 ships"?

Flew all the way down from Essence today to have a nose around. Seems legit, the market is well stocked but it's all T1 and theres stuff missing that I would need. Might hang around if I can get my ships down or if you start stocking T2.

Show me this T2 capital ship of yours then? :p
the system actually has a lvl 4 agent so if you havent hopelessly screwed up your Sanshas standings then you can run missions and not have to worry about how many people the system can support.

- We wont fight stain empire just yet, we will ignore them and rat in frigates.
- there are about 4 star systems we can take over, this is just the first one,
- We will never become an OFFICIAL alliance, we are independents thats work together and always will be, Im thinking of investing in cap ready pilots, How else am i supposed to refer to the whole community?

i think this is a great venture, especially for the op who's making bank on this. But to all those people who think stain empire or any real 0.0 alliance can stomp out these guys your mistaken. npc 0.0 space if your dedicated enough no one can make you leave. especially not carebears, unless you can camp every system 23/7 these guys will make isk.
if a 0.0 alliance dedicated a campaign against these guys they're just wasting time. these guys have no assets that isn't insurable and they're not taking moons. they will dock up as soon as you enter so in the end either you kill 100% insured ships or waste hours of your precious eve time going on a wild goose hunt for targets with no strategic signifigance in the 0.0 power structure.
they're not even pvping so they don't pose a threat to existing 0.0 alliances. really the only ones they annoy are macros and renters of stain empire who think they own stain.
these guys should hook up with brick squad if they're gonna develop into a pvp force against stain empire. but since they're not a true alliance the best they can do is make it so stain empire won't bother them as much.

It is true we don't actively go pvping however that does not mean we don't get into quite a bit of pvp action defending ourselves. We take and inflict losses even as a bunch of carebears :)
Hub Zero has something for everybody and the comradeship down there is quite amazing, so come on down and experience it for yourself!

Progress Update:
Ok, our enemies a very cautious around us at the moment, weve had a couple of kills and a few losses, im very impressed with the guys that have come down, Some of them even killed a stain empire drake while i wasnt there.
Were getting into a very comfortable position now, with millions of minerals to fall back on, the economy is growing daily, Hub Zero is alot of fun now, and the days of 23/7 camps are over, we can defend ourselves very well.
Hi-Sec pilots; u must take full advantage of this offer to join us. ive got buddys down here that are only a few months old and their making very large sums of money, I advise u to join us down here ASAP while stain empire arnt around very much, lets use this time to build a supreme defence force so that any alliance that comes to mess with us has a real hard time.
Im very impressed with the guys that are here already, theyve learned the politics around here and they fit in very well. our intelligence channel is amazing the banter that goes on has me laughing all of the time.
Id like to recognise NINA TOSSPIG, ROOSTERTON, DEMOLISHAR, BULBOSE, especially for their dedication and hard work, thanks guys i couldnt have done this without you.
This is the beginning of somthing very big.
ive sent 120 people invitations so far, and have had about 30 applications to my corp, please finalise whatever u have going on in hi-sec and come join us, this is your calling, this is destiny.

Id probably attack u cos of ur attitude alone buddy, you know that your approach could have been allot better, you say nothing about helping our cause. you have that typical alliance mentality. dont bother me with your nonsense find another forum to troll.
