For those of you following the tales of Joe Phoenix, the IEEE have opened a full investigation of the Imperial Commonwealth.
Why oh why, does it have to happen near Jita, where the lag, while not as epic as it used to be, is still painful on occasion.

For the TL;DR:
Joe asked for help. And in the ensuing thread, it was found that Joe rather amusingly fits his ships, his corpmates don't seem to get that they are at war and want to be left alone, and while the IEEE did give some good advice (in a pro-bono manner) as to how to get rid of all the current attention, it seems to have not been heeded.
Other corporate leadership failures having been exposed by persons in the Serene Storms Society (Failures to warn and protect corporate interests during wartime), The Minmatar Republic Military Skool (Failure of corporate management to perform due diligence and research before hiring mercenaries), and others (Pilot education program failure in how to tank an industrial ship to avoid getting insta-popped in lowsec for example).

All donations are gladly accepted either to the corporation or to any of the members of the IEEE. Formal consultation services, for your corporation or for someone else's corporation (private or public) are available for unreasonable rates.
We here at the IEEE can also recommend several other channels for investigations of magnitudes that cannot be directly handled by the IEEE either because of the scope of investigation required or simply because of the lack of manpower.
Specifically Underworld Excavators, The Logistical Nightmare, and Noir. are usually available in a reasonable time frame for many investigational purposes. And have been instrumental in prior investigations. Corporate mishandling and the flagrant disregard for the standards and practices as documented by the IEEE can often be levied by the analysis of after-action reports.
Also, for low prices, popcorn enjoyment paraphernalia is also available from the IEEE at retail outfits all over New Eden. Remember, if its not official IEEE branded popcorn enjoyment paraphernalia, just whose crappy paper bucket or bag are you eating your popcorn out of? Bulk discounts available.

It's not that random. I have my youtube videos linked in my bio in case folks wonder why I'm afk. They are mostly vids of my daughter eating things. Very cute.
As for gorking...I'm more dwarf like instead of orc like. Maybe its a noise that dwarfs make?

Well I was thinking Orks because they follow Gork and Mork according to 40k lore so I assumed Gorking was some ritual or expression; to Gork.
Now since I've got 5 minutes before reposting I'm thinking of doing some push ups so I don't feel so geeky for knowing all that.

For future reference, Joe:
To close a corporation, you have to be the last person in your corp. So boot everyone else out, then resign.
To boot someone out:
Check that they have no roles, or remove them. If they did have roles, you have to wait 24 hours before being able to remove them. And only after you made sure to remove their roles.
To close your corp:
Right click your name when no one else but yourself is on the member list (you can check this by going to 'People & Places,' and select the 'corp members' tab). If there is someone else, you made a boo boo and have to remove them first.
Hope this helps, and I hope I did a thorough job in explaining it to you; you'll need it.

Anyway, the purpose of my post is to say that I am in the process of writing a story about the Joe Phoenix saga. I am totally in favor of IEEE and do not want to stand in the way of their investigation. However I need to perform some investagative journalism of my own on this matter. I have already *accidently* uncovered an alt (or purchased character) of this bafoon. However I need some assistance in this matter as per my post in this thread. Anyway, In this case it simply means 'looking'
Usually looking at something with a stupid look on your face, something like that.

I have it under good authority right now that Joe is planning to put up a Lowsec Tower. And is taking *donations* from his poor, mostly nub, corpmates to get it set up.
Now, he's received approximately 30%, and is playing the Jita markets to make up the difference. (According to trusted sources....I hate using trusted sources instead of naming folks. But I'd hate to get rid of them...Besides, they're much nicer to deal with folks than Joe).

According to my sources, between ship losses (approximately 300 mil) stupid decisions (hauling implants in a shuttle in lowsec and getting exploded...about 200 mil) getting scammed (170 mil). The man has quickly cost his corporation easily 600 million isk...which, while not being much for the super rich. You probably just have to look at the state of most of his young, rookie, pilots to know that for any one of them, its a metric buttload of isk.
I advise all of his corpmates who may actually read this, to leave this man to his own devices. To warn off anyone joining the corporation as you wait for roles to drop. Nobody deserves to be under this kind of leadership.
