Eve voice is enabled on settings, but the same error as reported says there is some problem on connection. I'm running Windows 7 32-bit and trying to use a Logitech USB headset. Could it be that there has to be some special thing configured on our routers? Mine is a Linksys WRT54G2, and all the settings are default, but maybe there is some configuration that needs to be done... ? Thanks!

I just imported the mp3 tracks into iTunes and play them from there, along with other music I like. But the game sounds are working now. There was also a directory .../res/audio (lower case) which contained an empty Jukebox dir. Again using the windows client on windows vista home basic 32, amd x2 processor Ati Radeon HD 3870 Edit: this was after the 1.01 patch was applied

I get an error message that says my igfx driver has crashed and recovered. This is the same problem I had with the initial Dominion release, and the latest patch didn't fix it. I was able to login just fine before the patch, and so were about 9 thousand other players. Does anyone have any idea on when they're going to fix this?
LordOfValhalla	Posted - 2009.12.03 15:41:00 - [669] This is crap, I can not loggin to EVE , you try to start it up and it the Dominion Logo Splash comes up like its going to load the fill the screen but after a min it just does nothing and disappears and the icon is in the app bar showing its active but you cant access it it just goes away and this is crap. I have 2 Mac's and it does the same thing on my other computer too, Using Mac OSX and is up to date and one computer used update other one used the full program reinstall , still same problem. I was able to login for 2 hours after the deployment and it was dropping every time i was in auto pilot so i logged off till the server reset, after reset i have not been able to use eve, and this is now the second day i cant log in its starting to get ridiculous. Im really starting to dislike eve programing, they don't seem to give a **** about Mac users. Not sure if this helps but i do remember there being a OS update just before or around the same time eve deployed Dominion not sure if that is related. Was a app update i thing so probably nothing to do with it. So wtf?? CCP working on this or what?

Happens this way: - Docked in station - all fine - Undock from station (even some crowded like Amarr) - still everything fine - Innitiate warp - the CPU cores go up to 50% usage and stay like that (sometimes docking helps, sometimes not). Pre-dominion could easily launch 4 clients without having any issues - now most can handle is 2 and then if both chars are in space there is 100% cpu usage all the time even when clients are minimised (playing fullscreen). Specs: Core2Duo E8500 3.18Ghz 4GB Ram Nvidia GTX 280 (with latest 195.62) Windows XP

Open EVE Online Preferences (Remember, you will have a Secondary folder for the second client, so do exactly he same thing to it) 6. Open p_drive 7. Open Local settings 8. Open Application Data 9. Open CCP 10. Open EVE 11. Move all the files and folders to Trash. (File called History.txt, Folders called: "c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility", "Cache" and "settings" 12. Restart your client

tovoni	Posted - 2009.12.03 17:02:00 - [689] im on windows vista, a toshiba laptop. i still get the issue of needing to delete the setting folder to open the game. if i dont the screen goes black and the program doesnt respond. if i do i lose all settings, i need to lower the graphics to run the game but it then needs to close to resetup the graphics. i then need to delete the folder that contains the graphics setting to log back in. UGGHH!!
Daedalus II	Posted - 2009.12.03 17:05:00 - [690] For those with the "splash screen coming up but the game doesn't start" problem I have two suggestions. Not having the problem myself however, I don't know if they will work. 1) Logically: Update graphics drivers. 2) Locate your EVE settings folder. Create a new temporary folder and drag the settings files into it. Start the client. If it starts correctly now it will create default settings files. Close the client and move back all the settings files except the corrupt one (which is probably the one with graphics resolutions and such, I don't have the names in my head). Or just don't bother if you don't mind losing your settings and cache. This worked for me one time when the client didn't want to start after a crash.
