Do CCP know what tha hell is ITIL? I think not! This is a Service that is PAY, not FREE! So, they need to comply the Service Level Agreement of 1 hour downtime, not 2+ hours.

I disagree, we need to take a UK political stance to this issue;

Have some politicians (or devs in this case) make an official statement
Have some senior devs criticise the junior devs who made the statement
Flail around and panic a lot
Have the CEO (aka Prime Minister) vouch there will be a public enquiry and justice will be done
Hold public enquiry two years later, at great expense
Exonerate all those involved
Smile and wave at the cameras

You guys really take the joke sometimes. this isn't really a suprise. and it will only get worse.

A 5 year old child would be able to tell that the current server is poor in terms of performance, last night for example the entire region of detorid was unplayable in. for no reason whatsoever. Fleet fights are impossible due to lag, there a still mny bugs in the game.

yet here you are adding planets and more strain on the already struggling server. I know you have a graphics team with salaries and noting to do, sack them, get more engineers to fix the damn thing you have now first.

As for dust, again more aditions to the game it doesn't need, if we wanted to play a fps game we'd go play COD or halo. which will dominate this market and DUST will be a flop. stop being greedy CCP think about current players instead of trying more and more ways to bring in new players. you send me 4 emails every month asking why 4 of my accounts have not been renewed, and all these offers. They will stay cancelled until you provide a stable and playable server for large alliances living in 0.0.

no one i know in the game gives a toss about planets and are only concerned with having a better performing server. Listen to your players for once instead of the guy in accounts going, well we got all these graphics designers and we need more subsciptions.

do us all a favour delay this crap expansion and fix the terrible laggy performance of the current server before ADDING MORE STRAIN ON AN ALREADY STRUGGLING SERVER
