That's a shame... I work with lots of REAL corps that demands SLAs, and why not CCP can give us that? This is not a Service that we pay? I want QUALITY OF SERVICES!
We can demand that, open petitions... every hour offline we must be refunded, END OF HISTORY!
If I can't play , I don't need to pay! Right?

There are no problems. Everything is in line with normal game mechanics.
If something is repetitive then it is either a surprise or out of the ordinary.
So the question is how to make this repetitive behavior to end.
The problem here is that if it ends then the game mechanics are not normal.

CCP must be having a barrel of laughs.... Every 10 minutes, it says that the surver will be back up in (3minutes+countdown) and eerytime i try to log in after it hits zero... it says its not accepting connections atm.... then it goes offline agian.. and repeat lol.
figures it happens when im on a sick day from school V-v

i think ccp should refund players for loss of time other than normal downtime we the players are always getting penalised for external problems
