This is not a troll, nor a chest beat.
But there's an underlying sense in both sides (or all three) which seems in error. The concept that SuperCaps are somehow special.
Sure, they used to be. Back when nobody could build one without massive work. When there were not enough miners to keep the materials flowing, when the total amount of capital ISK in the game was significantly less. But, let's face it. There are more players. There are more people doing things. And as the newbies are doing crapwork, the older vets are amassing more and more ISK. And Skills. More people can fly them, more people can afford them, there will be more of them. Once upon a time, Capital fights were like this. Now, they're not. Someday, throwing fleets of 100 supercaps & titans against another fleet of 100 supercaps & titans won't be a blip on the radar. Because Eve is growing.
And CCP, they need to address the fact that their gameworld is choking itself on anemic systems that can't handle the load, or on plaque-ridden code that can't push the bits where they need to be.
And they have to be able to keep up with the people that can't get any thought out of their head, when faced with a fight, other than "We Need MOAR SHIPS! It's not blobby enough!" Because as soon as lag isn't a problem, they'll upgrade their blobs until they lag out the server nodes again. Rinse, repeat.
So live with lag, but in doing so, CCP is not free from responsibility to do more to prevent it.

- NC enemies go into overdrive *RAGE* mode and say how wrong this is.
They lost the Titans to the server being fubar - it would *seem* they got some back due to the server being fubar. You celebrate them losing Titans due to server problems but think it is "totally horribly wrong" (WAAAAAH) that they might get some back for the same reasons.

No its cos 1000s of other people have lost ships that never get them back

I will take any of them off the list vuk if you get a GM to tell me directly that they are the same titans as before. So far we have no gm intervention and its not like it would be that hard for you to take any of the other titans you have off my list of them and have them move there and swap pilots to make it look pretty. or all of the dozens that ive had six other MM pilots tell me exist but as they are not named yet they aren't going to give me them.

The current game is un-playable based on the way that CCP has reconfigured the game mechanics. We all know that.
Look, until CCP fixes these in game issues I suggest the following.
All of us who have multiple subscriptions drop one and consolidate toons onto other accounts. If enough of us are able to do this it will create the type of pressure that CCP will respond to, loss of revenue and hopefully have them dedicate more resources to fixing these issues.
CCP created and markets a game environment, with Dominion, that encourages ongoing PvP engagements to gain and hold space. Yet let me qoute a GM from today " Any player who involves himself/herself in a large fleet battle takes any risks regarding the side effects of extreme load willingly." Are you kidding me, then change your marketing pitch.
Keep playing, drop one account, CCP fix it!!!

I really hope that CCP understands the consequences of allowing any of these "dead" titans to remain in the game or the possible reimbursement after they way they ****ed PL when they were lost in exactly the same circumstances.

Reimbursement of supercaps in space randomly fully fitted within hours of loss and announcement of battle?,..
Surely even you dont believe they got reimbursed, besides theres something odd about that screenshot, dunno what it is but there something thats making my left eye twitch,..

While lag in fleet battles suck... one could make decisions to migate the risk. Should you realy commit 6 titans to attack a disputed pos in Venal? Given the probability of lag, could just commit BS and BC to take and hold the system, then after it is held send in the caps.
Lets imagine if NC commited just BS or lower ships, if the tide was turning into a hard to load in lagfest, could withhold sending in any cap ships. Signature removed for having inappropriate content. Zymurgist |

CCP, you've had 6+ months to fix this ****? What happened? I realize that perhaps all the smart devs have left or something, but perhaps the mental midgets that you have left behind could consider writing something that prevents logged off ships from staying in space for 6 hours???
Also if you haven't already, please grab a team of people and tell them to diff dominion code with pre-dominion code, because as we all know, dominion ruined this game.
Thanks.

I don't understand, if the ships were alive just floating around in space how did the pilots become separate from them? I could see that they might have finally respawned in their ships. So your saying that somehow something was created out of thin air? And that something that was created out of thin air is acceptable. Yet you and all the PL/goon birds whingged about t20 creating 1 bpo and make a few hundred million of of it for the 12 days that he had it.

Hello pot, this is kettle!!!!!!!!!
I love how you guys roll every bit of malfeasance (however unprovable at this point) you ever did *before* T20 into the only thing you got caught for, and you consistently downplay that as well. The truly amazing thing is that even with three-plus years of the game pretty much being fixed for you, you still manage to inevitably screw things up. And we should know - we learned the proper way to fail from you.

Sad day for the game if it's true.
Nothing sad about it, what was sad is that most of those supercap pilots spammed the jump out button, but never jumped out. What has happened is that the jump out was registered in the database or something like that apparently, but the actual removal of the ships never happend.
Killing ships when they are bubbled is fine, but when ships should be safe and should be able to jump out, but aren't jumping out due to terrible coding on ccp's part is a whole different ball game.

only few words from my (most ppl wont know me) point of view at the moment
We are here in the north since 18 month. Since 1 Yeah (Dominion release) we fight in horrible lags with a horrible sov. mechanic. (yeah CCP, its really horrible if you may miss it! i dont really know who has the bad ideas in your corporation, but you definitly have to many of those ppl!) The former sov mechanic was a point, that made eve online to the game we all loved. Not static and verry dynamic. Now: 6 timers, you have to bring 100% and if you dont have a 23h timezone alliance, you are ****ed up. That makes 0.0 warfare to a more and more so called "blueballing" (i dont like to many blues...cheers to CH, DT and ROL :) )
The other thing that brings CCP with Dominion was the lag. Jumping with 100 ppl into a system with 150 ppl in local ended in 100 lossmails for those, who jumped in. All ships were dead, "our logs show nothing" and we had to buy new ones...jesus christ...but ok, if this is the new eve we have to accecpt it.
But now, there are some alliances and they lose some expensive toys. One day later, the expensive ships "magicly" "spawnd" in space and now the former owner have their ships back. I have 5 Titankillmails and 2 Momkillmails (lol supercarriers sounds horrible, and btw. i want the old cynoeffect back!) on my allianceboard...and formaly it was handled like: if there is a lossmail, the ship is destroyed! I will stop playing EvE since i dont want to destroy ships that gets "reimbursed" (by heavy serverload ) or what ever a day later for only some ppl, and some others have to accept their losses they cant do anything against.
I am a customer from CCP and this company says to me: "We are not discussing anything with you" ...sorry...but...are you ****ing ******ed?
