The main reason why we went public with this is cause this is not the lonely case. Ships reappearing after being killed under questionable conditions happened on more then dozen other occasions.
CCP MUST issue official statement on this matter. Till now they just stayed silent cause its more convenient for them. That must STOP.
I offered 100 bil on CAOD to anyone who wants to prove that I am trolling. The problem is all evidences can be faked, so only way to this bet is to go, is to deposit isk with Chribba or Darknesss (I am depositing 100 bil for every bet ofc) and it will stay there for some predetermined amount of time (lets say 2-3 weeks) until CCP gives official explanation what happened.
Just for the reference I have logs, screenshots, ship IDs etc. but as I said it can all be faked.
Anyway, its a summer time, and tbh we should all spread love instead of hate. I will not post anymore, and hopefully CCP will give official report on the issue.
All the guys who still wants to put a bet (even smaller then 100 bil), if you agree that only valid proof is official CCP statement, evemail me after you deposit isk to Chribba or Darknesss.

We would like to thank the members of IT, ex members of IT and Viper ****zle for taking such an active and passionate interest in the actions of others. Its really heart warming to see people who have absolutely no input into events putting forward their expert opinions.
The events of the last few days have been..confusing. We do not know how everything will pan out eventually but continued conjecture about some grand NC propaganda campaign is just childish. There is precedence in regards to heavy lag and session changes producing weird results.
We look forward to CCP taking these events into hand and continuing to try and improve game play for the benefit of all.
Once again, congratulations to the Russians for amassing such a force and coming out on top amidst such horrible server instability. For those who have no business gloating, you are only embarrassing yourselves as your very presence in these discussions only highlights your lack of comparable achievement..

'Risk free PVP' is a strange concept, especially thrown by someone from a internetspaceholding alliance who has lots of steady sources of income, and heavy industrial capabilities to replace any ship in time.
Everyone risks something in Eve when it comes to PVP. Would it be morale, space, assets, isk, RL money (GTC or RMT)... You can mitigate the risk, you can never make it disappear, fortunately.

If those supercaps were tackled then the kill is a kill.The fact that the ships spawned or not somewhere else is irrelevant since i dont think that NC has a problem replacing the losses,even if some time is required for this.So this thread should stay on topic.The fact that W.N and the rest did a great hotdrop to a superior force.I dont know and maybe noone will know how many supercaps died or should have died due to lag but waving your middle finger to a superior force is what makes this battle so great imo.

I normally stay away from the COAD peanut gallery but I have to say...
Looking at things from the sidelines, I applaud Mr. Vuk on the awesome thread posts. Incredibly turned a monumental victory around into a questionable one. Now I understand why someone posted that people were threatened to be kicked out of their corp/alliance/car pool buddy programs if they posted anything on the forums about the loss.
Must say well played sir well played...

Your proof yesterday was a GM reply saying you qualified for a reimbursement, sadly they executed it wrong and it ended up in someone elses hands which is where you petitioned AGAIN and got the titan back,..
Your story changes over and over, its like the time NC exploited with moon minerals the inconsistency in the replies / posts from you especially were awful,..
Not to mention the more recent drama of the 'shared' account in game theft,..
Either NC are getting special treatment (right now theres nothing to say they arent) or you are are a pro troll,..

Jesus. Everybody has trolled people about reimbursement. We did that before DT yesterday even. It's a standard troll after a big caploss. And unfortunately people will keep trolling about this. It's just too good an opportunity not to. :)
So just as you have with the other side, you have to pick your sources. And if you do the story has been remarkably consistent lately, I would say as soon as this turned serious and they spawned and we understood partly what the **** had happened atleast the ones that know have had the same story. This is a huge ****up by the ccp gamecode and it consists of two parts. One during the fight and one around DT the day after. Neither of them are unique since both has happened before. Just not on this scale.
EDIT: With that said I understand it must be hard to pick up the thruth through all the ****ing static and moronic statements from both sides that just blurs everything. That's why we just have to wait for ccp to release a statement, which I really hope that they will. And that this statement be exhaustive and not bit by bit giving as little as possible as it was with t20.

During the fleet-battle in 6NJ8-V on June 16th server performance was adversely affected by load issues. One of the resulting problems was the revival of ships that had been killed during the fight, including a few super-capitals. We want to clarify that this was due to database issues, which are still under investigation û the ships were NOT returned by GameMasters. This matter is still being investigated and further information will be forthcoming when available.

well in this case at the very least the "duplicated assets" should be seized untill the investigation is complete. then dealt with appropriately

Yea, I have to say that I thought this might be an epic NC troll, but that GM response has me thinking that their code may have burped out some ghost ships indeed. That would make Vuk the winner, right?
