Got podded............jumped into a new ready and waiting ship, got podded again.....rinse and repeat......forgot to re-new clone 3 times

I learned to be careful in 0.0 space by flying my first cruiser, a stabber (I was so proud! <sniff>) AFK into a moo blockade in PF-346.

2 spring to mind
testing a set up with a friend at a planet in 0.4 and then warping to the station to change set up into something else...mid warp realised that about 20 seconds of my 15 minute flag had passed...bye bye blackbird
sending an offer of corp recruitment to Zana and forgetting she hadnt yet recieved the offer when i sent my drones after her in a 0.6 system...hi conc...*boom*
but i dont think 750m would slip my mind...

I was hunting in my brand new Moa in .3 space, after I killed the NPCs I was chatting with corpmates and ignoreing Local. One of the current top 5 pirats (as far as bounty goes) jumped in to my belt and before I knew it I was webbed and warp scrambled.
That was mistake number one.
Mistake number two was decidng that the 5 mill ransom was to much and I would fire my 4 150 MM rail guns of doom with BOTH of my light missiles at the raven and maybe I could get away.
I was lucky that day and he took me to 50% struc and let me go for a part of the 5 mill when I told him I didn't have it.

My one and only stupid mistake happened yesterday, I bought a shuttle for 9,001,001.00 isk. The zeros and ones must have confused my alcohol sodden brain. 
3of7 must have had a nice Christmas cause of me.

lets see...
in a taranis, jump through gate and see people 70km off in apocs and like crusiers near the gate all red. noticing they're not on my war list and spend like 20 secs askin on corp chat whether we were at war...decloaked, locked boom in a shot.
other wasn't so long ago. In a fleet battle in a sector, i SCRAPE out with like 16% struc, lucky for me managed to safespot. realised lotsa fellow pilots also nuked. Plotted a course back home on my map, then hit autopilot...only this was 3 secs after i warped away from the gate. Scrambled, AB for like a minute or so...about 20 or so enemy then warp to the gate, loadsa red brackets...just watch the little armor bar dwindle (repaired at the SS) then capsule then back to otsasai

Dint check the target (always check now) and realising what id done, warped to the sun and convoded to apogize.
Kept warping from planet to planet, when i finally got scrambled it took Concorde ages to destroy my Cruser.
