I'm just curious because I just deleted a shopping alt from the database and forgot it had most of my isk on it (750M isk down the drain  ).
Post your stupidest mistakes here so I don't feel stupid and alone with my stupidity.
P.S: I'm currently selling Inoue for 750M isk o.n.o

Hmm.. where to begin...
First bs uninsured lost to concord in 0.6 *sob sob*
Lost a cruiser last week tryin to gank someone in 0.3 (i thought it was 0.0, i guess the sentry guns didnt accept my apology)
Umm.. similar thing to Josh with deleting characters, mine had 12m in zydrine on him....
I'm sure I'll think of others.

ouch... 750M isk... that's gotta hurt.
my most idiotic moments in EVE deal with:
making a 50+ jump trip to take something from point A to point B and not realising until i've docked at my destination... that my cargo hold is empty.
finishing an important mission for my agent, and forgetting to speak with her to tell her i've completed it... d'oh.
noticing that escrowed items are in conquorable stations deep in 0.0 only after i'd spent an arm and a leg on them.

Tough choices
Probably undocking a couple of months ago knowing there were 6 pirates outside the station (.4) camping me, and undocking in my Raven :)
Or jumping into R3 last night knowing there was a hostile Blasterthron + Retribution there, but jumping through anyway.

I've done a truckload of stupid things, but most recently was falling to an escrow scam where I bought a +1 implant thinking it was a +3.
Probably because I just showed the picture and didn't look at the show info.

I've done the standard "warp to gate while the sentries will still shoot me" and stuff too.

after weeks of begging my boss, have gave me my first cruiser, one of the modules i had fit was a smartbomb, as soon as i undocked, i clicked it, Boooom, sentrys, more BAAAAAAM. no insurance.

Where the hell do i start.
The ships ect... forgoten to turn on/off those repairers so many times, probaly lost about 7-8 battleships to npc's for that. Drunk late night, fallen asleep between the gates, npc's whacked me.. some pillock comes along and pods me an hour later.
Main thing, probaly choices... thankfully i never went the rogue route, never wanted to be the fame'er, that probaly would have been the wrong choice, thankfully i never made it.
Erm choices, corps, the people you meet, Xent were great, Love BIG, wish id had done the pvp thing earlier.....
Probaly my biggest mistake this year.....

Thoth, that its safe to leave apoch in SS in FA space, and then Covenant stole it (i was in FA that time)

Try petitioning--AFAIK the characters are kept on the servers for a bit after you delete them.

Thinking it was ok to use local in 0.0, aggrevating the natives. That and thinking I'll just do a little shopping before I pass out, ending up with modules worth some 100k for 100M+.
