ahhh I love these threads.
Ok lets start with podding myself with torps.
Basically we was attacking this apoc he ejected, I thought "omg" jumped out of my scorp and entered the apoc.
I then realised my torps were still comming from my scorp, which then blew the apoc up and podded me.
Then there was last week, we was in a fleet battle I warped out and back in closely followed by a RKK member who bumped me into the enemy fleet.

I left my first BS in a safespot in 0.0 for a couple of days thinking "nah, it'll never happen to me..." 
And a corpmate of mine once bought a Raven with his alt, kitted it out, then escrowed it, only to realise too late that he entered his main's name into the Description field instead of Restricted To. A few minutes later, someone scored a free Raven + kit.

lol, mine have been quite well publicised and usually involve falling asleep wasted at my desk and finding 110mill insurance money in my wallet the following morning \0/

and won't be able to for months
this of course, just befor the nerf frigate npcing into oblivion

Tried to run a blockade down in A2, didn't make it. Docked in Gehi, ****ing mad and bought a shuttle for 18000. Got back to home base only to find that the shuttle actually cost me 18mil.

Loosing a 100M Deimos, plus a full set of Tech 2 gear.
To a Thorax.
With Light Drones.
Because i was on the phone to my girlfriend.
And not having it even slightly insured.
Damn!
