Yet we see here that the broken state of anchored bubbles makes it impossible to properly trap assets inside the POS shield creating exactly the sort of loophole that the previous change seems to be aimed against. While CCP may not reverse the many IT caps that escaped thanks to the bubbles going mysteriously offline this should be a higher priority to fix then introducing new faction super-caps.
