ok so now what the patch is in and the server was supose to be back up an hour and 10 minutes ago so whats going on ?

I will respond to the 'think of the unsung heroes'/dev comment.. They are PAID to do their job, they dont do it out of love. Also, we PAY to play this game, its not like we're gifted with it.
I understand the need for taking the servers down for maintenance and patches, but would you be so forgiving if it was someone coming to repair a window to your house, or the Police turning up 15 minutes late?
I thank CCP for their efforts with EVE but releasing an 'uptime' and not sticking to it...

Well true to usual fashion 1500 GMT came and went and we still have an "Incompatible Version". Oh well guess we'll just have to continue to wait and hope for the best. BTW a few million skill points would be greatly appreciated

The patch is available here. It's quite a doozy, I recommend downloading it now, 770 megabytes.
Anyways, back to eating lunch and waiting for the servers to come up.
