EVE Online: Incarna 1.1 has been deployed. This release features a number of fixes and improvements, including changes to the session change timer while docking, updates to the Macintosh client and customizable API keys. For full details of this release please check the patch notes.

I still have the issue of being jammed by a non-existent enemy, when going through asteroid belts. I am NOT jammed. but the timer still appears.
One more thing: Not that I am complaining, but will reporting this issue again, in this thread have a greater effect than reporting it in the previous deploymentr thread, OR bug reporting it ? I did both, and the bug report was filtered with the "known issue" response.

Im using the PC client and the issue is whenever i just through a gate my cargohold opens in the middle of a screen even after its been closed after 20 jumps its wearing a little thin now.

they've reset them by the looks of it as mine was the same until i tried moving/resizing it and now it seems to be behaving itself.

is ridiculous. More then one month of bug fixes only and this is the result.

on Windows 7 (64bit). Confirming that switching ships is offlining a lot of random modules constantly, along with removing ammo and scripts in random modules. This ammo is just disppearing, not going to hanger or cargohold.
Also I have the issue with the main screen with PLEX in CQ. Other people are reporting the offlining/missing ammo issue as well.
Have cleared my cache and still no luck. I went to use the repair tool just in case and it said there was a new version, so let it update, it downloaded it, deleted the old repair.exe file and never created a new one :)

I'm getting:
- Modules offlining - Cargo window pops up after every jump - UI Icon for the cargo works only one way, will open but not close the window.
The popping up after jump isn't exactly important, but it's pretty annoying -----------------------------------------------

I bet all these problems are due to the ship switch session timer being removed. It's probably a bigger change behind the scenes than many realize and you have to accept these bugs to begin with. That or we'd have to go back to the damn session change timer again and never get rid of it.

At a POS: Was within range of the ship maint. array and attempted to unfit a module like I always do. Did not work, repeated attempts gave a message that it was working on it. Time passed, got breakfast, came back, it was still working on it.
So I don't know if it would have ever worked, but I think a few hours on being able to change out a module is a bit much.

I find that having the fitting window open increases the chances of modules going offline, but they often go offline even without the fitting window open!

Upon redocking quickly into Jita, the little display pictures of the Cyclones in my hangar went pure minmatar red. Also the icon for the Dramiel has been pure black with a white heart-like shape for some time now.

If you are receiving, "Info Unable to resolve Echo Server name" while attempting to join EVE Voice channels be aware this is a temporary issue. If the problem persists please file a bug report with Server Logs an Vivox logs to help us correct the issue.

I totally saw that one coming, only they didn't implement CarbonIO in the client. I've already opened a bug petition about this, but gate mechanics are weird.
"No Gate Cloak" - It seems that, just sometimes, when a ship jumps into our gate camp, it doesn't appear to be cloaked, although you can't lock it/do anything with it, but you can approach it/orbit/etc. This has happened 3 times that I've seen since the patch so far.
"Wrong pilot/out of range" - This seems to be related to the gate cloak issue. I'll approach the pilot, trying to lock (which you can't do until he actually uncloaks). When he does I can activate my long range mods (don't know exactly what distance, but my warp disruptor and guns work), but not my short range mods (web and scrambler). The message I get from that is "17:44:44 Notify (Wrong Pilot) is too far away to use your Warp Scrambler II on, it needs to be closer than 10,800 meters." The pilot listed here isn't the one I have targeted, and the pilot I have targeted is much closer than 10,800m.

Also having the fitting window open makes no difference, it appears that the mods reset to the same state as first found after logging in after the patch. On a drake which was fully stocked with ammo I found all the turrets empty, after restocking and switching ships all of the ammo had gone and random turrets were offline.

I understand that coding causes issues sometimes. Called bugs but what i dont understand is why some aspects are being affected when nothing about them was changed? Seems like the eve onlinr code is like windows operating system. Just scribbled lines of random un organised code lol. Nah i understand how a lot of sub code can be affected by seemly unrelated changes. Hopn u guys do get it sorted ou tho.

As allready mentioned above, modules randomly going offline even without having fitting window open, simple Ship change causes this to happen as well, also after several tries found out that skills aren't longer getting applied correctly to the ships, modules and other stuff, so ships were capstable before Patch they are now not longer capstable now, as well as some other skills doesn't getting applied to Subsystems from t3 cruisers it seems, repair ratio from reppers is screwed down to the standard repai status shown on modul infos, skills aren't getting applied from Subsystems and skills for reppers.
I expect more bugs upcoming in regards to skills not getting applied to several various game related features.

I'm experiencing a rather odd bug with the cargohold of my ship. I have an expanded cargohold fitted to my ship but when i'm trying to put stuff in it, it won't let me (telling me there isn't enough room when in fact there is). I've checked and the module is still online, but it is as if it isn't. If you take something out, put the other thing in that you wanted in, then put it back in, it seems to be ok with it then.

If you have the cargo window open and dock the window is closed once you get docked in station. If you have it open in station and undock; the cargo window is closed once arrive in space.

Using xp, cache cleared a couple of times 1) Fitting window is not showing my skills for all mods. IE, Missiles in launches are showing the same stats as the ones in the cargo hold.
2) Mods going off line while changing ships maybe due to skills not up dating.
3) After a mission, my noctis will not warp back to the mission.(Nothing happens at all) but by dropping a bookmark while shooting rats, noctis can then warp to the bookmark)

L4 courier agent gives me a mission, I accept, I get the dialog box stating I don't have enough cargo space for the mission cargo, while I have more than enough cargo space in my ship. I was not affected by the inactive modules bug. Accepted the mission and loaded the cargo in my cargo hold, no problem.
Reading this thread makes me wonder what the hdll you changed in this patch, but you ****ed up some things pretty good.

Apart from the cargo hold issue, how are we supposed to complete missions when we can no longer warp to the Deadspace?
Right-clicking in space and selecting 'warp to location' or doing the same from the Journal entry do not work. No warping. I even tried creating a bookmark and then warping to that.
Tried with cormorant and with frigate, just in case there are ship limitations (although none are stated).
Also tried relogging in space in the correct ship. Not a very good idea to relog when in space of course.
When you get this working, can I have the lost time bonus and the lost standing back please?
Can I suggest that CCP go back to concentrating on a Space Game rather than little avatars walking around in a room. If we wanted the latter, there is always Second Life

The problem with loading guns in station got worse.
If I empty the grouped guns and reload by dragging the ammo on the ship when docked it used to give a notification that there were no compatible modules available but still loaded the launchers. Now it does the same but gives popups x(group size -1) saying that there is not enough room for the charge if there is more ammo in the stack I try to load than the launcher can hold.

So it's now a "known bug", but where is it on the front page?

Re-Customization screen doesn't listen to what I tell it
Steps: Dock in station (station enviro is disabled, no idea if it changes the outcome) Click "Re-Customization" button from station services Popup saying "Recustomize Character - ChaseTheLasers has been flagged for recustomization. Clicking Yes will redirect you to the Character Customization screen. Would you like to do this now?"
Clicking "Yes" takes me to the Re-Customization page (intended) Clicking "No" takes me to the Re-Customization page (It shouldn't)

In station, when in another ship; right click Open Cargo on another ship (e.g. a hauler) ->> that hauler has unbonused m3, meaning you may not be able to add stuff to it, and the cargohold shows something like 14000m3 used but only 5000m3 capacity (!)

I'm not able to switch ships at all, also cannot leave the ship. Eve also doesn't take any of my skills into account while fitting ships. It uses basic ship characteristics while showing correct values on fitting screen. So basically i can fly half-fitted mach now, cannot even use a shuttle :( Nice job. |

Cargo hold popping open isn't just happening when jumping through stargates, wormhole jumps also produce the same bug. When logging on the "Entering Game" portion of the process seems to be taking way too long, upwards of a minute when before it was almost instant. Sometimes upon starting up the client there is no sound, opening the menu and disabling and re-enabling audio has no effect; Also if a sound gets stuck in a loop as it often does now, disabling and re-enabling audio results in the complete loss of audio until the client is restarted. Channel tabs no longer keep their order as set by the player, instead it chooses to arrange itself in alphabetical order. Bookmarks in solar system map are still obscured by beacon icons, planet icons, moon icons ect. making them impossible to click on or even read their labels. Bookmarks on solar system map no longer display their distance in AU from your ship as they once did as well as being so transparent that they cannot be seen unless covered by the scan radius of a scanner probe; This was not always so and it was never announced as a change in any patch notes so it IS a bug unless otherwise noted. Drones still do not behave as intended, they either split apart onto different targets while "focus fire" and "aggressive" is set as an option, or two or three drones out of the flight will stop attacking the target at random when they are set to "passive". Also one or two drones out of a flight seem to be faster to engage and disengage than the others causing all drones to arrive in range of the target at different times; This has the effect of causing all the drones to fire on the target at different intervals instead of all firing at the exact same time like they used to, it almost has the same effect as ungrouping your turrets. So I say again, an integral part of the game is broken/bugged...DRONES! The icons for closing, pinning, and minimizing windows of all kinds is and has been broken for a while now, if you don't click it just right the icons themselves disappear forcing you to move your cursor off the window and back onto it to try again. The labels for scanner probes will disappear if zoomed out sufficiently so that when hovering over the group of planets and probes the expanded list is displayed, workaround is to disable and re-enable the probes but seriously why should we have to use a workaround permanently? When warping to a bookmark at distance I've noticed that, lets say I warp to a wormhole at 30km more often than not I land at 24km; If we were rounding here I'd say that's closer to 20km than 30km. Does CCP still have a QA team? If not I'd pack my bags and fly to Iceland tonight for a meager salary. I just hope this thread continually receives the attention from CCP that the last issues thread so blatantly lacked, really it was pretty disrespectful when all it would have taken was a simple "yes we're looking into this, thank you for posting."

I've found that dragging a large number of charges on to the fitting window to load a group of guns pops up a message for each gun on top of each other now where previously it only popped up one message.
Also the offlining mods is annoying when switching ships. Make sure the dock crew are well beaten.

Every one - every single one of this bugs should have been caught by a base test case. These aren't corner cases - these are primary client use cases. things that thousands of players do a minute, and things that take no time at all to test. These are bugs that should have been detected withing 10 minutes of your nightly build being deployed to your internal testing clusters as part of your standard build verification testing suite. These should have never made it to public test, let alone production.
Normally, being a software engineer who specializes in testing, I am one of the first people to defend an MMO company when bugs slip through in their patches. The bugs are usually corner cases - but as much as I defend companies when they're being illegitimately attacked I must also call them out when they're slacking. To do anything less would be dishonest.
Where is your Build Verification testing CCP? Where are your basic use case tests? How did these bugs get through?
These kind of bugs waltzing through testing shows a concerning lack of Commitment to Quality in your development processes. What is more troubling is several users claim to have reported these on test more than a week ago.
Veritas, Fallout, Zymurgist - I think we (The community) and you (the devs) need to have a serious discussion about CTQ on CCPs part. Much of the rage that happens in general discussion (and related to the MT) store centers around players seeing you spending time on something many think shouldn't exist, and only is there to generate revenue instead of spending time working on real content and bug fixes. A completely flubbed patch like this actually validates their claims!
What is CCP willing to do to demonstrate to us, our customers, a Commitment To Quality going forward?

Repeated installs seems to have fixed it for me. Not sure what I might've done to get around the issue. |

I did the update, then the client update, then cleared cache before running the game (did that on both instances). Other account has the graphics set lower so that may be the difference. :P |

Dude you just don't get it!
CCP is geographically isolated as they are in Iceland. They don't operate as a normal software/game company and they LIKE it. When the independently discover something mainstream companies have been doing for years, they say Bazinga and then let everyone know how cool they are. Try to keep up.

Client patch 2 is already up on Sisi. Some one is working around the clock.
Ships switch bug seems fixed but I did not experiance the bug before deploy so its hard to tell.

I thought it was just me but I have been having problems closing windows for a while now - presumably since Incarna.
When I try to close a window I have to click 3 or 4 times to get exactly the right spot before it closes.
It seems from this thread I am not the only one.
One thing that occurs to me. As a Mac user I expect updates to 'just work' - so I get upset when updates to EVE seem to have had no testing prior to release. If I used Windows this sort of lack of testing would seem quite normal

You're definitely NOT alone. I have been experiencing the same thing since Incarna as well. It's VERY annoying.

Wait, so these are the known issues? The issues you know about?
You people at CCP read this list and your reaction is: "Random modules go offline and ammo disappears, people can't warp to missions, cargoholds don't get bonuses... ah well, people don't use that stuff anyway! Let's roll the patch out!!"
Seriously, I'd put the effort into writing a coherent post about why this is unacceptable (like some other people did in this thread already) but it's not even worth it.
And do you want to know the funniest thing about it all? There's ammunition, drones and whatever else disappearing all over the place, the game is hardly playable, and this thread is only three pages long. Because players just don't care anymore. It doesn't matter what we bugreport, it doesn't matter how much we rage on the forums about wanting a quality product and thoroughly tested releases.
I'd like to live to see the day when we get a patch that was actually tested and doesn't need 5 optional patches to partially fix some of the **** that broke, while breaking 20 other things in the process. Just for novelty's sake.

Known bugs refers to bugs that they know about now, not bugs that they know about before. -Hopefully- when a patch rolls out there are no known bugs (patches usually fix those), as bugs are discovered and submitted by users, there become "known bugs".
Now, maybe CCP should have known about these bugs before shipping it :P but the term doesn't mean that they shipped it already knowing about them (at least I hope not... that's not the way it's supposed to work)

The problem is: These bugs are usually reported by SiSi testers, long before the actual release to TQ. That is, if people can be bothered testing and reporting them anymore, because honestly, if you do it just so you're able to post in this thread saying "Hey, I reported this crap three weeks ago." the whole thing gets kinda old.

I keep getting these mesasges saying that my modules are locked and can't unload/reload them. If a either change system or dock and undock it seems to fix the problem still a real PITA during missions.
I occasionally get a message telling me there was a problem with the space time continuum and then get told to try jumping later.

Possible issue, haven't been able to fully duplicate:
Swapping ammo in multiple sets of grouped weapons during undock session timer sometimes causes guns to end up in an unusable state. To reproduce:
Split weapons into two groups Load all weapons with one ammo type Dock / undock While the session timer is running, reload weapons with a different single ammo type from one stack.
In space guns appear to be loaded with old ammo type, but are unusable. When docked they appear empty but can't be loaded or unfit. The only fix I've found is to ungroup all weapons, unload each, then regroup / reload.

Both. Seems to last slightly longer in station, but still not long. Trying out an alt now, will edit when I find out if it makes a difference. -----------------------------------------------

This worked for me. Right click the downloaded file and select 'Run as administrator'. Although, when you're the local administrator, shouldn't have to do this.

Oh.. and did anyone else notice that suddenly GPUs are running hot? This patch taxed my graphics so hard I'm suddenly down to low/none across the board with a new GeForce 8400 graphics card.. which was doing really really really well till the patch.
Thanks CCP for costing me another couple hundred to get decently playable graphics that don't crash my entire system... I love Eve.. HATE how CCP runs it.. I think they need to sell it already before they lose the entire customer base. :|

I have had instances of trying to load ammo in space and a pop up tells me that it couldn't load the ammo or some such message.
I then tried loading other ammo which then loaded, and then loaded the ammo I was trying to load.
I also had an instance where I had 400 lead unloaded in station that went to cargohold, undocked, went to mission, tried to load it, got the error pop up, right clicked gun again to try to load again, found the entry for lead gone, looked in cargo hold to find it was gone, then a few minutes later right clicked guns again, had ammo entry there, looked in cargo and ammo was back.

I've also noticed modules being offlined after a ship change. Like if I moved from a Badger (one high slot) to a Retriever (2 strip miners) the 2nd strip miner would be offline. I thought I had clicked something wrong at first but then found it repeatable.
As for crashes, make sure you have enough RAM in the computer - or virtual machine if you run 2 clients for 2 characters side-by-side on the same physical computer. Before the 1.1 patch it seems I was getting away with having paging disabled for one of my VMs (a mistake on my part) but after I reenabled a page-file it was fine, at least not crashing that is. It would crash repeatably when I tried doing planetary interaction.

While the music clipping bug appears to be fixed with this patch, ALL of the sound has lowered in pitch. The music, the sound effects, the voices, everything. I've compared the music against the original soundtrack, it's definitely dropped pitch, and the voices sound, well, husky.

Okay, so the session timer with it's associated processes/flags is gone.
So Character bonuses/skills may or more likely may not be applied to your 'new' ship.
So 'new' ship updates, and detects insufficient power/cpu for all modules, and shuts some off.
Why is this so hard to fix? Obvious timing/sequencing problem - could it be no flow chart of events exists? Oh, dear...
Also enjoyed my trip to"#fingameboard" - good one!

Having problems trying to close windows whilst docked. Hover mouse over the X in the corner and it changes to a resize icon. To close the window I have to hit the left hand edge of the X. It was enough before the patch when the X would disappear sometimes now you seem to have to hit the right pixel!

Has anyone else done a few missions after the patch was deployed?
I am experiencing a huge FPS drop. It will be 50 FPS one moment then 10 FPS the next. Don't know if its patch related. I know for sure my computer run the CQ with no problem and this drop in FPS only happened after the patch.

I have this problem. When I go salvage sleeper site my noctis doesnt have tractors and salvagers on the hull any more and no beams and salvage graphic any more, also no sound of beams and salvage at all. Its just graphics problem bcs wrecks are still tractored and salvaged correctly.

There is an issue with the skill training list in your character sheet:
Steps: Login, I was docked in station (no idea if this matters) Open character sheet Previously the current skill in training used to have "(1 in queue)" on the section which the skill was from. This is no longer there. Add a skill to the end of your queue (assuming you have space) Both sections will be flagged with the "(1 in queue)" heading correctly.
Clicking 'open skill queue', hitting apply and then reopening the character sheet seems to fix it sometimes too.
In short, sometimes you can not see the section that your skill is currently being trained from in the main character sheet.

Yep, same here. Store any ship with grouped weapons in a Ship Maintenance Array, take it out again and all weapons are ungrouped. I only have a wormhole space POS at my disposal, so I can not confirm if it's a general POS problem or wormhole space related.
On that note, every time I jump a ship trough a wormhole the first time (first jump trough in a newly boarded ship, not the first jump trough the specific wormhole), the cargo tab pops open. I repeat, this only happens on the first jump, on every ship I tried.
Edit: PC / WinXP Pro.

Before 1.1 patch I could reply to messages and would only get this stupid error when pasting formatted text (e.g. from forums or a nicely done in-game mail not using EvE Gate) and not just replying to a formatted message. Or perhaps I just didn't use EvE Gate enough to notice.

PS: Apparently I cannot attach an image and instead have to host it elsewhere, oh well. Here's a description. Original e-mail looks normal, the link is a hyperlink (I can clicky it in EvE Gate), when I reply the text of the e-mail turns into 18 point Cyan, the link (and character names (To: and From:)) all turn underlined dark blue.

Thanks CCP for costing me another couple hundred to get decently playable graphics that don't crash my entire system... I love Eve.. HATE how CCP runs it.. I think they need to sell it already before they lose the entire customer base. :|
i have an old nvidia 8400 (passive cooler) on one of my pc's.... i screwed an old amd athlon cpu fan onto it... now it never gets hot :)

Ishtar still isn't receiving its drone range bonus after this latest patch to fix the last patch.
Which really sucks when I make full use of that bonus during mission running.
I switched from a CNR to an Ishtar as my primary L4 mission runner a loooong time ago.
Please don't make me go back to that slow and ugly friggin Raven again.

Regression: unable to remove a turret when docked with ammo still loaded (gives me the message "You cannot remove a module while it is still loaded with charges"). I used to be able to do so before (Incarna 1.0.x), and the loaded charges would be autounloaded to the hangar bay. Maybe the disappearing ammo fix incurred this regression?

Fair is fair - the warping to Deadspace issue now seems fixed. Even the close button seems a little better.
However, the cargo holds keep opening and closing so that is not fixed.

As far as the drones are concerned, I have max range skill (45 kilometers) and two link augmentors in two high slots, which gives me a total of 85 kilometers range without the Ishtar bonus. I should have 105 kilometer range with my level 4 Assault Ship skill. Which I used to always get before Incarna 1.1 and the subsequent last two patches for it. Now when I attempt to command the drones to go past past 85 kilometers I get the message that it's over my allotted range of 85 kilometers. So, in short, I am getting my 85 kilometers drone range for my drone skills and two augs, but I am no longer getting the other 20 kilometers that I should be getting for having level 4 Assault Ship skill.

While i have not looked at the video there was the same bug on sisi and was fixed. Did you reset your catch? Also unless you have put in a bug report or included what OS you are using CCP has to look in a lot of places to see what needs to be fixed.

In the CEO/directors view looking at member list under corporation tab. All members now appear as having a the type of station they are docked in as their ship e.g. Station (Caldari 1) So you can't tell what ships members are in. - Strange but true

CCP Veritas It's encouraging to see you are replying to posts and concerns raised here. As so many have said, acknowledging the messages and found issues is a great first step (even if it is only a first step). It gives me some hope that once I fix my game computer I'll be able to log in to Eve and play.
As stated by another poster, replying to evemails from Eve Gate is causing an issue with the quoted mails changing in font size and colour. It is only an inconvenience really but still something that should be a simple enough fix I would imagine.

I didn't see this problem addressed in the patch notes...
Has the random offline module(s) bug when ships log off / on *in-space* been fixed with the 2nd patch? This is highly detrimental to both sub-capitals who do not have ready access to a station and those whose ships are unable to dock at all.
And if it hasn't been said already: how on earth did this bug escape CCP's crack team of quality assurance personnel?

So is CCP going to make any comments regarding all the issues I brought up on page 3 of this thread? So far every time anyone brings up that the drone AI is broken, or the solar system map is broken they just get ignored. I understand there are much more serious problems at the moment such as skills not applying correctly to space ships but that's no reason to ignore legitimate claims of other issues. Please at least just lie to me and tell me drones are not broken, would be so much better than just ignoring a customer who still has enough faith in you to actually try to point out your mistakes in an effort to make the game better for everyone.

Reading the Acces-denied line i tried setting dir permissions but that had no effect.
I run Vista Home Premium 32bits SP2 with 4GB RAM Intel QuadCPU 2600 2.4GHz I have an HD2600XT card wich supports SM4.
Any tips on where to start looking for a solution ? I just resubbed for a month to take peek at the improvements. Hope i can get my hands on them ;)

For instance, if you have wrecks checked to show, but filter out friendly entities in that overview setting, your own wrecks still won't show.
The reason you can't target them in space is likely that the bracket profile did not carry over for whatever reason. You might really be on to a glitch there, but the overview interface is so iffy that it's really hard to tell when something's bugged and when it's working as intended but stupid.

I'm now getting this nifty little pop-up notification when switching ships in a ship maintenance array.
"You cannot view the contents of the Nemesis because it does not belong to you, a fellow corporation member or a fellow fleet member (if the ship is configured to allow that)."
Only happened three times so far, in this instance the Nemesis was the ship I was departing to board another ship, I had the cargo hold open at the time.

Regarding the weapon grouping issue when boarding from a SMA, I can say that it does happen if you launch the ship into space and then board it. If you leave the ship with weapons grouped in space and then board it, the group is maintained. |

If you accept a mission (mining/distribution) and your cargo bay hasn't enough room to keep all the stuff you have to haul. The information window about that shows a wrong and NEGATIVE amount of free cargo left.

Logging into the game w/my ship in-space, I noticed that my cargo hold was closed. All I had to do was right click my capacitor and choose the right option to open the open it back up, but that's a new "feature."
The cargo hold was definitely open when I logged off.
Client Version: Incarna 1.1 w/we-****ed-up-again-patch #2 applied.

Items hanger...items will not show up correctly, they sort incorrectly, or not visible. Stacking or sorting shows them sometimes, but other times not. Selecting all items and then trying to drag them to cargo sometimes doesn't work and puts icons up off to the side of the window.
Everytime I dock, I get booted out of my ship and have to re-activate.

I just noticed this - it may not have anything to do with the patch itself but the "buy plex" advert on the main screen of CQ isn't displaying properly. I would guess it is displaying the name of the graphics i.e. it says "ui_shared_pilotlicenseextension" and "ui_holoscreen_plex_middle"
The top header also says "Vangel won in capsuleer tournamen" insted of tounament - this seems to be the case for all titles with the word tournament in it.

Using PC version.
After patch, in my maelstrom, my shiny Shield Boost Amplifier II stopped working whether it is enabled or not. It has no effect on shield boost rate. You can confirm it inside fitting window. Before patch installing SBA II were increasing boost rate number from 600 to 999. After patch, it stays at 600 even I install/enable it.

After changing ships at SMA, weapons are ungrouped and turrets do not appear on ship.

How come your patches never stick? This morning I started eve and the version was 7.11.288329(some number I don't remember). This evening I started eve and the version was just 7.11.288329 and said I needed to download the patch. And after downloading the patch it said I needed to download the patch again!
And starting eve is first several seconds of that little starting screen, followed by several seconds of monitor flickering followed by several more seconds of black screen before the login screen shows up. The Client now crashes frequently which rarely happened before. It takes ages to dock in a station - I don't mean loading the CQ, I mean actually moving out of space and beginning to load the new screen. Also, the cargo hold closes when I leave the station, where I want it to stay open.

The little indicators next to my sensor booster that would normally indicate that it's loaded with a script aren't functioning properly.
See to the right next to the sensor booster the four blocks that should be white to indicate the sebo is loaded which it clearly is because the sebo has the little icon on it indicating a scan resolution script is loaded. Also you can group weapons that have charges loaded by holding shift and dragging them onto each other on the HUD not in fitting window, but sadly this turned out to not be a feature and instead of working as it appears to work it actually just hides the buttons for those weapons on the HUD and does not group anything. The end result being you're firing with only one launcher/turret and the only way to fix it is to unload all the launchers/turrets and then in the fitting window hold shift and drag the turrets/launchers onto each other to group them. The known issues portion of the OP needs to be updated with: Grouped weapons become un-grouped when boarding a ship from a ship maintenance array, Switching ships may offline modules when ship is over CPU budget with an unskilled pilot needs to have the strike-through removed as it obviously wasn't fixed, Logging on in space may offline modules when ship is over CPU budget with an unskilled pilot, Module ammo capacity indicators for sensor boosters/remote sensor dampeners/tracking disruptors/tracking computers ect. are not correctly displaying their loaded status. There is a lot more that needs to be added to the known issues but I'm ill because there are so many bugs in the game currently and since dominion that have not and will not be addressed by anyone who can actually fix them because they're (my best guess) deemed trivial by the powers that be at CCP. Drones disengaging a target on their own for no reason at all is not trivial, it's almost game breaking. I don't expect any comment at all from CCP about anything I've taken the time to report here in this thread or the last issues thread that got a single DEV response a half hour or so after the creation of the thread then silence for three months while players continued to post about real issues.

In many missions I got jammed by NPC. From 'Guristas Despoiler' for example. After killing the jamming NPC ship, the jamming bar do not disappear. It shows endless on screen until I dock in a station. The jamming itself is gone after killing the NPC, but not the bar on screen.

Hello, I have the following two issues, not sure if they are already reported:
* Sometimes I cannot open the mission detail while in space, must dock, open mission detail, then undock * Sometimes (not always) when I pull items from my hangar to my cargo holder and let them stack on items already in cargo holder, they don't stack visually, but if I close my cargo holder and reopen it, they are stacked.

Still having problems with changing ammo in turrets in space. More than half the time, changing ammo will cause multiple error boxes appear, with the appearance that the ammo change was not completed. However, subsequent tries to load the same ammo will result in "insufficient space" messages for that turrent. Howver, the new ammo is loaded but indicated ammotype does not change until turret is activated (fired). A way to always ensure the correct new ammotype has been reloaded is to empty the turret to cargo then reload, however this takes extra steps....

If I want to mine, sometimes the asteroids disappear. Also no turret beam effects. No sound effects.
Right click in fitting windows WORKS in wormhole space. Does NOT work in hi-sec. Did not try low-sec or null. - Overkill works. |

Another one for the list. Jumped in my basilisk from my SMA and opened the fitting screen because I had good reason to believe something was probably gonna be screwed up. Two of my large shield transporters appeared to be offline however on my HUD they were online. Tested them and they do actually function although they look offline in the fitting window. When trying to put them online in the fitting window of course I get a message saying I'm over my fitting budget because they're already online.

I'm using Windows, and I've noticed a change since the patch. I don't know if this is happening to anyone else.
Ever since the update, my scan probe strength has massively decreased. In about two months of scanning, I haven't come across a single highsec site I wasn't able to scan down, and now, after the update, I've come across sites I was unable to get any higher than 65%. I've also noticed that the numbers of duplicate readings, and the the general unreliability of pinpointing sites, have increased significantly. I'm regularly having to go down to the smallest probe range to pinpoint a site, and that was entirely unheard of before the update. Can someone please confirm that scanning has been made more difficult, as I was unable to find anything about it in the patch notes, and nobody seems to have reported it here.
It's possible I've just had a run of bad luck, but it's unlikely. I've been doing exploration for long enough now to notice a difference, and I've noticed a really, really big difference in how hard scanning in general has become.

Sorry to hear it. There were cases reported when Incarna first came out where pilot skill-based bonuses (in-general) were not being applied properly to ships. The quick'n'dirty fix was to re-log and see if the player skill bonuses were properly applied.
I'd give that a try the next time probing appears abnormally difficult.

With L5 skills in covert ops a LG virtue implant set with omega 10% scan strength implant a sisters core launcher and sisters core probes my scan probe sensor strength is 44 instead of 185 which is total BULL ive cleared my catch files and even reinstalled my client to no luck it would be nice to see my 15 bucks a month going somewhere els than broken patches and worthless features.

Just yesterday (Sunday, Sept 4), I ran a storyline courier mission on a high-sec alt. I properly fit up the hauler to meet the cargo sizing requirements. Getting into the properly fit industrial ship, flying to the mission agent's station and accepting the mission, I was prompted with the your ship only has x cargo space and the mission requires z cargo space.
Of course, I knew that to be wrong, accepted the mission and placed the cargo in the industrial ship's cargo hold w/o issue.
The game was using the industrial ship's base cargo hold value (5k) and did NOT take into account either my skills (which buff the indy's cargo capacity) or the tech 2 cargo hold expander module installed.
I have never seen this bug before when performing hauling missions with appropriately fit haulers.

I'm not sure if it's been reported yet or not, but evegate keeps complaining of illegal HTML in the message when I'm attempting to reply to or forward a mail. As soon as I delete the entire message I'm replying to, all is well (Except the reply is not in the sent message).
And less importantly: When changing ships at a carrier (haven't checked with a pos yet) there is no session change timer, but attempting to change ships again gives me a message implying that I do indeed have a session change timer.

Opening the CORPORATION window, MEMBERS tab, the column titled SHIP no longer correctly displays what ship my members are currently flying in when the corp member is in a station, whether they are online or offline.

ISSUES SINCE INCARNA 1.1 - Patch 2 (Part 1 of 2):
- HIGHER GRAPHIC CARD TEMPS: Now the average temp in CQ (lowest graphic settings in game) resultd in an average of: 68-83 Celcius degrees within 2 minutes of playing Eve (just one client)... in air-conditioning. Yes computer and card fans are very clean and adequate airflow (with A/C).
- LONGER GAME LOAD TIME: Strangely, now it takes even LONGER (timed at maximum 2 minutes) to fully load into the station now (upon logging in). Which also leads to.....
- HIGHER GPU AND CPU LOAD: 90-99% GPU (and CPU, verified using 3 different process monitors, all pointing to both Intel P4 chips being used by EVE's game process itself: "ExeFile.Exe"). Mainly the 90%+ occurs in CQ, especially when docking (every time) and reamins until CQ fully resolves. Oddly, now this applies to what used to be simple graphic things, like undocking and see the station and all surrounding objects... slowly.... one by one... load into view. On occasion, Virtual Memory will be automatically increased by Windows to a seemingly unnecessary 25 GIGS of VirtualRAM. Seriously?
- SEE THROUGH FLOORS AND WALLS: As reported in July, at various angles of camera view IN CQ, the walls/floors/bed/docking bay grating/etc disappears... Not only can you see that I am standing on nothing, I appear to be standing above another underground floor or level, the stool and metal textured floor have become 90% translucent: Screenshot: www.bloodstonecorp.com/cq-transparent.jpg
- PLANET HURTOKEN II: It's a gamble every other day when I load up Hurtoken II. - READ MAIL REMAINS "UN"READ: This happened before back in February. Then June. Then August. Thus everytime you log on, there it all is, again, marked as "unread". This was petitioned and Bug Reported in February, told as "yes, this is a known issue" and yes, it was eventually fixed. Until June 20+ where, sadly, it returned... and then again around August 20-26... Aside from the last reported focal date of June 26: (Key time to review: That "1000 AUR mail notice") stays unread, and affecting oddly sporadic mail after that date. [Reported since February 2011 and then June 2011]
- CORP DETAILS EDITING "KNOWN ISSUE" PERSISTS: To quote from [email protected]'s August 29 email: "Thank you for your bugreport - ID:108061 Title: CORP INFO COMPOSITION UI PROBLEM: Cannot Autolink: We are already aware of this problem, and have added your bugreport to the existing issue in our defect tracking system." This error is over a year old. Please add that to your listed "Known Issues" if your Development Team has declared it so.
- WRONG ACTIONS OCCUR UNPREDICTABLY "AT RANDOM": Example ONE: I click on switching to a different corporate wallet and a window pops up asking "Are you sure you want to UNRENT YOUR OFFICE" ...?! Example TWO: One time, after undocking from a station, the program asked "Are you sure you want to self-destruct" my ship ...when I touched nothing after clicking the "undock" button ...?!

ISSUES SINCE INCARNA 1.1 - Patch 2 (Part 2 of 2):
- ONLINE/OFFLINE INDICATORS STILL NOT CORRECT: While in any chat dialog, users in my contacts list who are ONLINE show the GREEN ONLINE indicator, but now their in-station indicators indicated they are RED OFFLINE... at the same time.
- SOME WINDOWS RESET THEMSELVES (EVERYTIME): I bug reported this with the typical "We couldn't replicate this error. Can you be more specific?" response. How UN-specific is it when I say: Everytime I log in, my ship's cargo windows reset their location to the exact center of my screen, and revert to big block ICONS instead of plain text listing cargo content...? Shall I be specific on how frustrating this is? The size and dimensions of each window? ...?
- UPPER RIGHT CORNER WINDOW CONTROLS ARE STILL UNFIXED: The pin/minimize/maximize/close option icons on all windows in their upper-righthand corners still suffer the "either you click it just right, or it disappears for 3-5 seconds and reappears so you can try it again" bug. This has been reported and ignored for THREE MONTHS+ now. And it's particularly annoying.
- SOUND: Sometimes the warp sound never occurs. Sometimes a jump gate follows me after using it. Sometimes a station's internal environment stays with me when i am in space, and ironicly, sometimes the sound outside a station (radio chatter, etc) will follow me IN to the station I dock at. [shrugs]
- RANDOM FREEZING/CRASHING: Sometimes, for seemingly no reason, the client will freeze for about 2 minutes, 90% of the time resulting in a "crash". Though it's more like a slow disintegration of the screen, slowly, line by line, from top to bottom. Then the program closes out of existence.

This has happened to me in the past, and was resolved by deleting my client's configuration file (location varies by install path and OS) for that paeticular character (which removes all window locations, all memory of "do not ask again" dialogs, all chat channels, and all bookmark folders.

Addressbook now buggier than ever. It used to show contacts online, when they had infact logged off, and you could remedy this by removing and re-adding the contact to force the addressbook to update their status. Now my addressbook constantly shows them online, even after I remove and re-add them! Only a relog fixes this problem.

CCP to summerise all of this in a short statement.
Your game is borked right now. So many bugs and most of them get ignored or put on some list never to get addressed and corrected.
Do you really need a test server, as it feels like we are already playing on it. |

Nevermind, I finally solved the problem I was having with patches and settings not sticking. Previously clearing cache didn't work until I just discovered that I had multiple caches. This is probably why 'clear all cache files' button in-game never worked. Locating and removing them out of game appears to have fixed it. I had at least 7 cache copies in that one folder and I have no idea why. So far that seems to have been the problem. ― Vexo M > He turned the drives up to 11 |

Yet another bug this time im sat at 0 on my mobile lab at my pos but it tells me that "you are not within maximum transfer distance" yet again and this will be the 4th or 5th time since the patch came out ive tried clearing my catch ive reinstalled the client and ive relogged countless times and still nothing unsurprisingly after sending my 9th petition this week this new patch is wearing very VERY thin.

I want to report an issue with the new forums that allegedly went online yesterday.
They look INCREDIBLY similar to the old ones. And already populated with all the old threads and posts - instead of being a clean slate, as announced.

Pilot accessing the ship and computer/client used to access it are unchanging in this case. Grouping just isn't being saved.
--Not all probes in the system scanning menu are being assigned nametags in the 3d view. Probes that fail to display these nametags cannot have the camera centered on them.

Patch nr 3 does not solve the problems of the closing open cargo hold when docking. Also when leaving the station, the personal assets tab fails to load and stays in some kind of loop. Hope its adressed in patch nr 4

PC After patch #3 modules still offline and becoming stuck when switching ships. --modules cannot be removed (contain charges) --charges cannot be removed/changed (offline) --logging in/out fixes the module

Cargo closes when you dock, modules are offline when you log in in space. WINDOWS STILL MOVE EVERYWHERE!!!!

I currently unable to play eve as the browser keeps crashing. This only started around 4-5 hours after installing the third client update that was reccomended.
