While there might be dust devs logging in testing stuff and the dust story line might be moved forward during live events. There is no date set for PS3 players to move to TQ. At least that is my general impression.
Dust districts on Buckingham do not show up unless there is a battle you can connect to. I think that is how it works becouse they removed the district out lines from the last couple Buckingham builds. |

The visual effect of the bomb explosion was out of sync with the real explosion. It was displayed too close to where the bomb was launched. CCP Habakuk | EVE Quality Assurance | Team Gridlock Writing bug reports | Mass tests

"Sleeper drones now have more than one missile damage area." what is this bit here? Somewhat vague description of whatever it is, makes me think of hitbox more than anything. Assuming this has to do with multiple types of damage however? |

I'd guess it's in relation to graphical missile effects. |

It means that currently the missiles only strike one point on a sleeper model. Now there are multiple points that the missile can impact with the result that you see the explosions going off all over the sleeper rather than all being focused on one spot.
It's purely a cosmetic update, but was probably a really simple thing to do. Like, an intern's afternoon between fetching the coffee. An in-character blog and a video: http://verinsjournal.blogspot.com http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tu1mbsgo738

Quote:Districts can be warped to via the planet context menu. This looks interesting and makes perfect sense, why should an entire planet have only one warp-in point? Could orbiting a planet be next? "You can't do that with a Planet" - I recall getting that message when I was a n00b, first trying to orbit a planet and it was a definite WTF moment.

So when on grid with a District satellite, you can't cloak? or? I read that as "If your ship is on grid with a District satellite, you can cloak, but the satellite itself will still appear on the Overview, system-wide".
Which means that if you see one other character in local, and there's one District satellite on Overview, you know where that character is even if they cloak.
I take it there's some sort of a "ship detector beacon" on the satellites that can detect cloaked ships and let the whole system know there's a ship within its "range". Please support: export of settings in editable format

Confirming you can cloak while on grid with a satellite but it still knows you are there and will indicate that someone is present on grid, just not specifically who or where.
Of course the real catch is, once you are at the satellite yourself you won't know whether they are still there or not. CCP Nullarbor | Exotic Dancer |

Maybe i am confused on it but it sounds a lot like how a beacon works someone opens it up and then it shows up on the overview. Someone goes to the district it opens up and shows on the overview |

I may be reading too much into this, but "how many temperate planets are present during deployment time" makes it sound like either the number of planets may be changing or some planets may be converted to temperate planets. Anyone in the know care to comment? |

Also it seems weird that you can only warp to district satellites when there is a battle going or when you're already there. Shouldn't they be available all the time? Bombardment ships are going to want to be able to get into position before battles start, as will anti-bombardment fleets. |

I hope this can be used as framework to 'satellite all the things'.

You have to right click in space and open them off the planet drop down. |
