Why do PvP'ers act like terrorists to others who dislike PvP?
it's unfair, childish, rude, and in reality crimially insane, is this a game or a terrorist training camp?
atleast let us set a PvP status, other games do it, and don't say that makes it less fun, what fun can come from picking on someone who doesn't wish to fight you, bullies the lot of you Pffft.... |

so far they all seem to be people that are or have ever been in any corp with the name goon in it, and i'm sure there are more, and if my charachter had the isk and skills you would expect from his creation date then i'd teach these little squabbling brats a thing or 2, unfortunately i've been out of game for years due to real life financial trouble that has recently changed to allow me to re-enter the eve universe just to learn that it is now a den for closeted murderers, gang members and theives, and can't cut it as the real thing so they do it in the only way that can't get them in prison, ....online, this makes me sick, and disappointed in CCP for allowing it to get like this. |

actually I did, and at first there were plenty of safe areas, but that changed and i quit, but the eve experience can not be reproduced by any other game currently in existence and i really do not wish to give it up, but it would be nice to have the option to turn off my ability to be targeted by a pvp'er for either no reason, or as i have experienced lately the in game racial profiling, where goonswarm decided that all gallente space has to be protected by them from miners that aren't gallente who aren't willing or able to pay their members a fee of over 250million isk, i don't even make that much in a month |

EVE is no more ruthless than the real world, the only difference is that the sharks in EVE don't bother trying to be polite or sneaky. If you only just realized how a lot of people really think, then you sir need to open your eyes IRL. |

------- Only towns were safe areas Alidar, and then you couldnt do anything there. But the unforgiving environment was very fun. made dungeon diving much more exciting.
now as for goons. LOLOL you think paying their fees they would stop? hahaha they wont stop killing anyone there but there are more reasons to it than just protecting the belts from miners. |

You mean the PvP mmorpg that started out as a pure non-con pvp game and then realised that people were leaving because of the little pvp leetoid griefers running around ganking everyone. So then they split the world into two facets, Trammel / Felucca in order to provide entertainment for everyone and fun was had by all. |

Maybe you should grow a brain and learn how to not make yourself such an easy target.
Announcing that you're an easy target on the forums is a good way to make your life more miserable in EVE, though.
Perhaps learning how to PVP and drive of people would help then. |

after the split, UO died to a lot of players. you're just looking at it from your angle. EVE doesn't agree with your philosophy. |

so, do you want to be safe, or do you want to play the game? like I said, EVE operates on the same rules life does. You can sit safe at home all day or you can brave the real world, take risks, have adventures.
you will lose sometimes. just like in life. but if all you want to do is find a safe little corner and do one thing forever at no risk, then you're never going to go anywhere. |

actually UO died because of games like world of warcraft and others like it whom had graphics that made use of the tech at the time, uo's major flaw was that their graphics sucked even for the era it was created in |

...what?
UO is the single game that is most responsible fro the entire MMO genre. depending on how loose your definition is, either UO or text-based MUDs were the first MMOs. |
