Don't think you can defy the law and run away. And James 315 is the law.
A particularly non-compliant miner who has trashtalked the NO on multiple occasions was observed to have moved to Syndicate non-sovereign nullsec.
I took a small fleet of NO supporters out to deliver justice and the purifying flames of Navy Antimatter to the escape capsule.
Whilst this miner escaped and hid in a station for over two hours, I am pleased to report that the NO has now established that it can and will hunt those that defile icefields without a permit to the edges of known space and beyond. They can expect further visits and - just like Empire 315 operations, there will be no warning other than a spike on D-scan before their hull melts away, their capsule is cracked open and their tasty, tasty implants are feasted upon.
I've also applied to join his corp with an AWOX alt.
The moral to this story: Buy your permit. |

He was hunted solely for trashtalk and past violations, not present ones.
A miner that sees the light and obeys the code (by leaving highsec OR buying a permit, remaining polite to Code enforcers, and not botting) will be forgiven past transgressions.
This person had drawn NO attention as a likely botter or bot aspirant running multiple accounts. When given the opportunity to become Code compliant they refused.
It's a lawless realm out in nullsec. Someone must be the enforcer, and a botter disrupted is a step toward the goal of a botter obiterated. |

Why is this even a thread? You chased some miner who smack talked you, bawww'd to the point to where you say some generic mining killer t00n is now "law" (which is equally laughable because in Null and Low there is NO law), and you brag openly about "infiltrating" his corp on an AWOX alt which is pretty stupid making it public on a forum no less.
And don't sit here and say you are purging botters for griefing people who give you the bird. There's a damn report button for a reason. Also looking at his BC I see not ONE relative combat ship kill. All mining hulls. Please.... come back when you stop popping mackinaw's and start doing something useful... Pathetic. |

Popping Mackinaws and Orcas is a service to the EVE community. However if you looked at my personal killbard you wil see primarily fights against combat ships, including several solo kills of ships considerably more valuable than I fielded. As well as losses where I've walked right into someone's trap like that damn Astarte in Decon.
But coordinating the removal of the carebear menace from EVE is my important work. |

I'm not talking about you Orphan Annie I'm talking about your "law" James who's consecutive kills are mainly mining hulls. Propping up griefing miners (which fine whatever) as a mask to combat "botting" is insulting. And once again you drive players away and out of the game by griefing very new players to Eve which does us all a detriment in the end.

James does plenty of combat ship PVP on other characters. Howw else do you think He learned game mechanics so well?
Obliterating bot aspirant players makes it harder for real bbots to hide. Real miners warp out when D-scan shows Catalysts coming. Actual new players cannot afford mining barges and if ISK is their goal they should be doing PVE and salvaging which is where the money is for destroyer pilots. |

I don't think the logic here is very sound. Killing noob miners, or "bot aspirants" will not turn them to join a low-sec/null-sec corp. In fact it's probably moving them away from the game, causing mineral prices to go up therefore module prices etc. Wait, that's right in line with goons and tests ideologies of trying (with failing attempts) to move more people down to null, weird. #TinfoilHat. Anyway, anyone who actually buys a permit kinda deserves to be scammed in the first place. If the NO wants to clear botters, warp into a belt, Convo the pilot and if they're there leave em' be. If not, go ahead and blow em up, no need to "charge" people to mine, no need for unnecessary killing. If the situation keeps going the way it is now, I hope the player community and CCP see this for what it really is, griefing. Oh and btw I've spoken out in game against the NO and nothing has ever happened to me, check my killboard. Have a good day! |

As a player who joined as a result of the New Order, I can tell you very new players don't fly Macks or Orcas Not even close. I can also tell you that if someone unsubs as a result of the actions of the Order, it's okay because others sub as a result of the actions of the Order.
Some of these arguments are old, some are comical. I especially liked the "you can't stop me from mining if I'm docked in station" argument. It has a certain cleverness to it. 315 4 CSM 8 |

The entire NO premise is full of BS Bizarro logic. Players who don't like null aren't going to be forced into going, grief them enough that they can't play how they want & they'd be more likely to ragequit than move. It just amazes me that they're too ignorant to realize that if all the carebears actually DID leave the game, there wouldn't be a game to grief them in; or at best, a lot fewer targets. Running your prey out of the game is like pissing on your lunch then bitching that you have nothing to eat.
& when all that business is said & done & over, carebears will still find null sec to be boring & due to politics, etc, to generally suck, & scores of players will continue to avoid it like that leperous king in "Kingdom of Heaven". |
