The video was playing on Hilmar's laptop, the EON crew crowded around the tiny screen and when it finished we went to the pub, but at that moment, as the credits rolled, I just wanted to go home and play EVE. Probably not a good thing to turn to the CCP CEO after he's just come all the way from Iceland and say, "Beer is good, but y'know, I think I'll just head off now."

omg, truely awesome
and such a relief that finally there is a decent sound quality in an official movie. Last year at the FanFest I was stunned (just like now) after the Exodus movie, but the sound quality of the download was so bad I think I only watched it twice at home.
And no it's not my sound system. Got a real 5.1 soundsystem hooked on my PC, not some standard computer speakers.

Excelent stuff, but I have to say the ship preview part didn't really show the Typhoon for what it is. (ie. A wide mouthed bass in space)
Other than that the whole thing was spot on.

Thats the only thing that bugs me a little as well now ive watched it for the n'th time  Ending in a front end view instead of below the main engine would have been much more effective at showing off the Typhoon, athough it gets its cameo performance later on

It says all footage captured during acutal gameplay. The next scene shows a city on a planets surface being bombed. Where is the gameplay associated with that?
Or the scenes with the alien looking ships with tentacles, where is that?

Ok, heres what you need to do:
Release that trailer in the United States, maybe get PC Gamer to put it on their CD and have them re-review EVE.
I want more American players, I spend so much time with british people I'm starting to say things like "bloody hell". I almost called someone a chav the other day.
