Cool, thanks Morkt for the clarification that every corp in Stain Alliance is a member of a "piratical alliance", ditto for every member of the Fountain Alliance.

Now that this is settled, let's get down to what is really important - who is the most ebil!

Dear VA pirates: You need to be the awesomest pirates ever. Don't let those Stain Alliance or Fountain Alliance pirate wannabes put you to shame, because any ebil you do, automatically makes TTI ebil. I'm gonna be sooo embarrassed if Cornexant or Xanadu or any non-pirate corp gets more ebil points than us because their piratical alliance pirates do a better job of piracy than you.

The more members from TTI that reply in these forums, the more I dislike the entirety of them.

I could explain but my words would most likely be used to discredit me in a very lame and boring way so I'll just leave it at that.

Nah Zap, that made sense. Don't beat yourself up so much.

Hey is Moo a member of one of the "piratical alliances"? I'm hoping the answer is no, because otherwise whichever non-pirate corps you are piratically allied with with is gonna get some of your ebil points.

I fail to see how about 10 corps allied with each other can promote themselves by bragging on the forums that about 30 of them had one man from one corp trapped. i dont see the victory there, maybe i am just short sighted :)

Hiro - Im glad that you, at least, finally admit it.

Perhaps you can help the rest of TTi to come out of the closet also?

Maybe start some classes for it inside the Corp~.. you might even make some money from it.

Now that we've got over that little hurdle we can let the public know that what TTi offer in sales with one hand they are helping their "Piratical friends" take back with the other, if through no other means than mutual support in defence and the sharing of wealth, items, 'roid belts and hunting grounds.

Maybe a new TTi advertising campaign:

"We give as TTi, we take as VA (nee "the Gang, Venal Guardians, Space Invaders)"

I feel sure that your PR department can come up with something more "catchy".

TTI is allied with Pirates.

No doubt about that. In fact, it was an honor to fight along side them against M0o/Sin. Warriors one and all.

But as you sit behind your holoscreen and openly criticize us, Morkt, let me try to put things in a different perspective for you.

Disclaimer: This is my own personal view and not that of Taggart Transdimensional Inc.

TTI is looked at as a galactic cash cow (no pun intended M0o) and everyone demands that TTI protect them from pirates, keep gates open, sell them items cheaply. But when TTI needs help, everyone is strangely quiet. It was only the Venal Alliance that had the courage and the foresight to see the benefits of having Eve's largest mega-corp on their side and they shall have all the perks that go along with it.

When you claim we are a Pirate alliance, that slants things as to say the purpose of said alliance is to pirate. It is not, it is solely for the securing and mutual defense of the Venal region. While there are Pirate corporations in VA (the dashing rogues that they are) what they do on their own time is none of our concern. We don't bother them, they don't bother us and that's all we need worry about.

Make no mistake, we earned our blood stripes last night against M0o and Sinister. TTI is a paper tiger no longer.

Lol this is so cool, you are writing ad copy for TTI!

It is a good start, but I really think you need to customize it more though. As it is it is entirely too easy for our competitors in every single company in Stain or Fountain Alliances to say the same thing just by swapping names. I mean, to pick a couple of random other piratical alliance corps, "We give as Tycho Heavy Industries, we take as Evolution" or "We give as Homeworld Technologies, we take as Anti Sheep Mafia". Substitute any other corp name and it still works and is just as accurate - that's no fun at all Sad

How about a more TTI-specific ring to it? That would at least make it a more TTI-specific ad. Like, "Objectivism gives you the most affordable ships in the galaxy - and VA will give you a chance to use them!" Actually, that one isn't very good either - while our hypercapitalism does yield some of the best prices and biggest variety of ship sales from any corp in the galaxy, it still isn't that specific to TTI. Given your facility with words I'm sure you can do better!

Thanks again for all your efforts! Very Happy

"Stick a fork in Morkt, he's done."

Gaelen - is this why the TTi membershiping is asking its own questions of Mulligan Defence now?

Such as why do they have to provide their own ships for defence yet get no recompense if they lose them?

And if so why does Mulligan Defence get the weekly Tax stipend from the members? Just where does it go eh?

They get a percentage from guarding mining operations but nothing for guarding the Corporations honour?

Meanwhile Mulligan Defence keeps getting their tax-revenue, the members keep supplying their own ships for battle and the "shareholder" keeps getting more and more concerned.

I wonder who said all those things?

Ah yes - TTi members, unhappy ones.... a bit like those whom TTi just happened to "fail to mention" to that they were going into an open alliance with pirates.

I guess it must be nice being a mushroom in TTi - at least the "ecological conditions" for growth is ideal for them.

Well as promised m0o/sin came into Venal after TTI. Totallng a first fleet of 4-5 m0o/sin ships they were stopped by a fleet in the amount of 40 ships. So they docked and logged.

Hmm 4 or 5 versus 40? If anyone I was with suggested that we go fight a force of 40 ships I'd pod them myself.

Waiting is the only option that makes sense. Wait till you have more reinforcements or wait till some get tired and leave.

Good job on getting that many people together though.
