I will be addressing that accusation in this thread and hopefully shed some light on what really happened. At no time did I ever leak anything to anyone. I have never shared NDA protected Skype logs, nor any information therein nor have I shared anything from the CSM official forums. In fact I do not answer many questions from corp members, friends or any media unless I am 110% certain that my answer is NDA safe. The 'evidence' that people use claiming I broke the NDA shows my innocence. The alleged leak shows the name"mittani" in chatlogs. Notice the lowercase 'm'? If you have ever had a discussion with me in any chat-take note that I always capitalize peoples names, locations etc. I understand that this does not "prove" that I did not leak anything, however it is stronger evidence than that which has been used to indict me. I ask you to apply the same standard of evidence to my defense as used in my prosecution. What really happened? I honestly do not know, but I have taken every step I can to disprove the allegations. I think that either: A: There never was a leak and the whole thing was manufactured, or B: I was set up to be made to look guilty by another member of the CSM. (Vile Rat is a lazy typist who doesn't bother to capitalize peoples names.....) Why would someone do this, you may ask? Sounds like 'They Mad Bro' If I had leaked anything I would be a man and step up and admit my error. I knew I had pissed GS off but never expected them to stoop to such lowly tactics. GM Note: Please do not lock this thread as it is relevant and there are @100 posts in various Eve-O forums claiming I breached the NDA. As long as those posts are allowed to stand-in the interests of fair play-my rebuttal also should stand. To the players of Eve: I apologize for being enough of a douche that people would actually believe that I would do something like this and thus, making someone think that they could frame me in such a manner. D3 If Women aren't supposed to do the cooking, why are their bodies full of milk and eggs?

Also note, as long as people assume goons are going to abide by some laws of civilization, they will continue to scam everyone. I understand CCP didn't have the man power to police eve early on, but I can't imagine the level of debauchery known to goons was ever intended. I believe that listening to a goon about tying your shoes would make you dumber, so anything more complicated falls into this category as well. Vomit given form, aka goons are a waste of time. AG

Since you still seem to have the white CSM tab on your name, I suggest that people should take notice of that, rather than believing anything else. I might be wrong, because I don't know how long these things take to get resolved. Shouldn't this be mostly handled by CCP offically and not like this on these forums. Are you looking for a reply, by someone at CCP?

I get that you being acused of breaching the NDA is something that should be discussed by you in public since those same allegations were already made public by other parties. But accusing someone of the CSM of setting you up is unprofessional at best. I really think you should re-consider and talk about that particular theory in private with your other council colleagues. Sometimes the only difference between a budding genius and a blooming idiot is where they chose to take a stand.

I was reading the post about removing Mittani from CSM (lol) and saw quite a few references to this allegation. Those were not removed so I felt the time was overdue for me to personally and publicly refute the charges and reassure my constituents that I take my office seriously. I have to ask myself why you did not come out fighting so strongly then, not now ? The answer is that you slipped-up and are now attempting damage control. Your issues with other CSM members is nothing short of personal - very personal. The honourable thing for you to do will be to resign your CSM post as a matter of maintaining some dignity. Simply put - you should never have leaked the information, you created your own dilemma. You have two alternatives now as far as I can see, one is to stay put and take the flak and hope to survive it, the other is for you to step down from the CSM. I neither dislike or like you, but as you are a CSM, you have failed in your duties towards me as a player in particular and to the rest of the Eve community as a whole. Your trust is damaged and will not be easily regained by the majority of clear-thinking players. There is simply too much evidence against you - and not coming from the other CSM members either. You are probably a decent enough player and person, but are undeserving of a position on the CSM. Yes, you were voted in democratically, but you broke the agreements, you broke the trust. Scamming was already in game but with their arrival it exploded into the big plague it has become. Trolling was present, but they made a mockery of everything and troll where ever they can. I myself compare Goons with a cancer. There is no accepting it's there, you cut it out completely or you die from it. People who think Goons are cool and think they are liked by Goons have absolutley no idea that the Goons don't care about them at all. Goons only care about Goons, and most of them only about a rare few Goons and give a crap about the rest. Any action from a Goon has the sole purpose to further the Goons cause. To ruin the game for everyone who isn't a Goon. Sad part is that CCP accepts that kind of playstyle so it's up to the playerbase to get rid of them. Sadder part is that the general playerbase is too lazy or disorganised to get rid f them.

I do find it interesting that squarely point your finger at Vile Rat in regards to any possible wrongdoings. Vile Rat has shown during the whole debate around Golden Scorpions right before the whole NeX Golden Ammo Rage that he doesn't really know of/cares about/comprehend some aspects of EVE or his job in the CSM, especially after he flip-flopped his way through the discussion, so I am not a big fan of him.
