2 reasons.

A) if he leaked this to riverini, what else might he have leaked that no one has slipped and given away?
B) If the NDA says all communications on an internal communication line(IE closed skype chatroom) are covered, then yes, if he discusses his dinner there, Mittens cannot discuss it with his alliance without violating NDA. It isn't his call as to what is important and what isn't, it is all covered.

Now, figure that they have the backing of the top what three biggest alliances in the game as far as votes go, this has the makings to go from the general council of stellar management to the Goonsquad of Stellar Management.
The only way to vote them and all of their alts out would be to get like all the other people in the game to vote for the other guy (cause yeah, thats gonna happen)

What i still wonder is why GOONS suddenly feel it's their duty to police EVE? I mean i can swear i read a couple of times GOONS were against policing EVE as they deemed that the job of CCP.

Why dont CCP just scrap the CSM and use the money they spend on air fares etc on improving the game?

I would say 75% dont give a flying f*** about the CSM and probably many do not know it even exists.

I think the problem here is obvious. If something violating the NDA had occurred CCP would address it as they have always done in the past. Pure and simple... and quickly.

Also goons are well known for scamming and griefing and taking pleasure in such. It hardly instills people to trust anything you say, especially when claiming your witch-hunt is unselfish and concerned only with justice. It makes people laugh.
