Localizer will not edit this code. He probably contributed to the change. So your program needs a Fix. Otherwise, EFT program becomes half irrelevant. |

Vanguard release available.
Morza Askiras,SiriusM This is an old issue with EVE localization and the way it handles item names. For some reason EVE client expects XML import in the same format it uses for storing localization info internally. It has nothing to do with EFT. |

Hello Gripen,
I have noticed recently (this may or may not be a recent change) that the bonus from 'Skirmish Warfare Link - Rapid Deployment' modules takes a stacking penalty when combined with the bonus applied when overheating propulsion modules.
For example, a fully skilled cold-gas MWD with no affecting implants, affected by a fully-skilled T2 rapid deployment link on a bonused command ship with the mind link, will display 821.81% in-game and in EFT. When overheated, EFT predicts it should reach 1232.7%, but the actual in-game value is about 1195.3%, often a difference of over 100 meters per second.
Here's an actual example of an ingame test (this included a zor's hyperlink implant):
Strength of warfare link: 30.1875% Unmodified MWD velocity bonus: 662.8125% Overheated without links: 994.21875% (+50.0%) Cold with links: 862.899023437% (+30.1875% over unlinked) Overheated with links: 1255.06754311% (+89.3549% over unmodified, 26.2366% over unlinked)
This indicates that the bonus from the warfare link is only being applied at 86.912% effectiveness, which is the exact strength of an effect in the second-rank stacking penalty slot (since the warfare link of around 30% is weaker than the 50% from overheating).
These stacking penalties are already accounted for when computing optimal range for overheated webs and warp scramble modules, and there is no stacking penalty yet for the links that reduce the cycle time of repair modules. It appears that the stacking for propulsion overheating was either overlooked some time ago, or added to the game only recently.
Thanks for your work.

3 different link stats are now subject to stacking penalties. Max velocity, agility, and locking range. This may account for what you are seeing.

Just add EFT2.32.exe to the exclusion list for SONAR and antivirus scans.

One feature that slightly annoyes me is that EFT is still complaining if I try to put a T2 rig on my fit and don't have the relevant skill trained to IV, even though it's been a while since CCP allowed fitting of rigs without skill. Plz fix this if won't take too much of your time.

Fantastic software, but that download site really is some next-level trash.
Question though, not sure if anyone can help me out. For whatever reason, my EFT simply refuses to use the new prop mod names, and therefore any fits I create that use a prop mod don't import into EVE properly. For example, It's still calling them 1MN Microwarpdrives instead of 5MN. I'm running the most recent version of the application. Literally just updated it. Any ideas?
Yeah, I'm probably shitposting.

There is an issue with the thermal amp hardener names btween EFT and in game, the names are different. One is thermal, the other is thermic, so importing/exporting fits that use them ends up with an error.
I can't remember which way around the names go, I'm far away from EFT and Eve at the moment, but I encountered it a couple of days ago. |

Hey Gripen, here's a few bug reports:
- some nos/neut (medium) have incorrect range, showing 12,500m in eft when ingame it's 12,600m
- faction EMP XL ammo (and possibly other projectile) in eft shows as taking twice the volume as ingame when adding to cargo |

Junocloud was a bit dodgy, spammed me with on-click ads, and made me wait to download. All in all it was thoroughly unpleasant and I would have much rather used the evefiles download mirror from the start. Just a heads up.
Edit: I see 3 other people have already ranted about this so clearly I'm not alone |
