Your sarcasm reveals much. Do the Goons know you're projecting a palpable fear of carebears on the forums?

You must forgive Joepopo... He never got past propaganda 101 before they gave him such great responsibilities as mass-fitting ships and from time to time move a transport. He presumably also wrote a program, that will point any Goon to the nearest toilet or something... So I docked the Navy Battleship, switched clones, googled a cheap fit, and ran the Bubble into Null for the first time. Gate after Gate until VFK, Ride of the Valkyries looping in the background.
From mission-running to AFK cloaking in one easy step. Oh Yeah. |

Epic. My preferred suicide run theme song is a tie between "Brunnen G Fight Song" from Lexx (the Techno version) or "Hostage" from FLA.
Remember if there are any new players out there wanting to give this a try (short and simple: gun up and go!) we have amassed T1 Frigates for the taking.
Any industrialists or "rich vets" who want to help but lack the time to roam themselves, please contact Harry with any donations of ships or materials. If you ever lost a freighter to the goons, and you got say a few extra destroyers that didn't fit in the hold during your last Jita run, toss them over to Harry and you can sit back knowing you have, albeit indirectly, gotten revenge. Even paltry Ospreys are good. I have seen Harry's crew get a lot of mileage out of them. |

making new friends
yesterday we teamed up with some russians, having an interpreter in our squad surely did help for that, convo was short and fleeting up not a big issue, and guess what, we did not even shoot eachother, seems some still understand how this game needs to be played...
another thing came to my mind when checking the russians killboard, beside bringing dow an obelisk in VFK on 2013-07-09 those guys like to shoot, now listen closely, yea cyno-ships while waiting :D
I'm sure thats something to thinkabout for all the smartass people telling me how to play OMG! the asteroid is depleted! |

Russians like to PVP. One thing I always found out about Russians is, they play the game well, and this is a PVP game, so either you will shoot at them, or shoot with them, but they are not afraid of losing or getting upset, nor upsetting anybody else.
In a game. Playing it, winning and losing and not caring because it's a game. Imagine that.
I have heard of people exploring WHs and making deals with Russians who were already there, and being left alone. Not gank then "ha ha BOOMHEADSHOT GOBACKTOWOWPHAG L0SER!". Of course I would never visit a Russian POS with a tengue in structure because, as I said, they like to play the game and in this game, taking advantage of someone being a bonehead is expected.
While you roam with Russians, I have an alt tangling with Russians at one of the gates on the way to VFK and I must say they are polite even when they pod you. And I am not even being 50 to 1 blobbed either. I'm getting 1v1 fights in nullsec. |

for sure that would be fun, however I would need to charge a one time promotional fee of 500m
this package would include:
* lodging and traveling expenses for me and my friends * destruction of all cynoships in the area * expert troll sparring in local chat
let me know what you think. OMG! the asteroid is depleted! |

About as weak as the dude losing his Reverent ship, and crying about it.

That ship lost will be the only memory the game will remember of the Goons in the end. Much more rare than a blob of thousands.
Folks were linking it in local all over EvE when it happened.

in the 1990s it was common for my countrymen to watch movies depicting the middle-eastern "terrorist" characters as buffoons and easy fodder for SEALs, mercenaries who were the cool trendy hero or main characters, and satellite-directed smart bombs.
I knew then there was going to be trouble for underestimating a determined and tough society. And they don't even have clones.
You treated highsec like Afghanistan, and you will reap the rewards for that.
