The trouble with violencing goons is that you have to equip to do it twice because they'll enjoy it the first time.
Any alliance would be most inconvenienced if wolf packs used wormholes to bypass the intel channels and gank pipelines and go into deep nullsec. They would be forced away from "the big draw" of nullsec for most of their members (which is to rack up big ISK running anoms) and do combat patrols instead. Even big fleet battles would not happen.
All warfare is ultimately economic. Even if you can't win, you can still drain an enemy dry by making them spend way more money than you. This is why dropping a $50K bomb on a $50 truck never wins wars.

Okay 6 jumps out from goon HQ ran in to a goon bubble trap just one of them running it .Engaged the ship and it ran off ,must have throught I was a Ruse for a bigger force behind me lol.Well made it ti within one jump of the HQ and ran in to a gate camp.About 8 of them I was blinded could not lock anything , 30 seconds and its all over
But had some fun along the way :)

no, your on drugs. First off what good would a mission ship do against PVP fit ships, sure it will damage them but the effectiveness is not there, second there is alot of mission runners with high isk mission ships so again, not the brightest idea on the block. Now if you would of said mission runner fit some ships and fly out there to harass goons then sure that might be feasable, but for the love of god don't take a mission fit ship and try to PVP in it, that is just noobish and dumb |

Well it was just a Brutix TBH I am not rich enough to replace a Battle ship decided to leave that back at the ranch.Was nice having a poke around there backyard :) Fired on a few station with 0 effect , searched a few of there systems for a easy target but they have all fallen back to the gates one jump from there HQ :)

Indeed. I kind of wish there was one of these things during Oceanic playtime, I have a corp hanger filled with T1 frigates that haven't undocked for ages. |
