EVE Online: Rubicon, the 20th free expansion for EVE Online, has been successfully deployed!
Rubicon brings the rebalancing of a number of ship classes, along with a whole host of new features including four new mobile structures, new ghost sites, Sisters of EVE faction ships, player owned high-security customs offices, warp acceleration changes, the Interbus Ship Identification System, a new character selection screen and improvements to the fleet interface.

The new launcher 2.1.655067 isn't saving settings (download threads, keep patch files, etc). Nothing happens when I click the save button. |

same on my end and already tried the repair.exe, that didnt work either, trying a full reinstall now to see if that works |

what worked for me:
In your EVE map, go to Launcher>>Cache>Updater.
it will install. You login, and it seems to do nothing. Just wait, it will restart itself to a newer launcher and install the expansion. |

start launcer.exe and turn off Again.
star now normal launcer, its then working Again. |

ISIS Feedback:
Looks nice but the handling is pretty bad imo:
- Delays in zooming and moving don't make it feel smooth but slow. The delay is not adjustable and by my estimate 2 to 3 times as long as would be comfortable.
- Having only two zoom levels is... Why would you have only two zoom levels? Please unlock that.
- The limits for the window are too narrow. If I want to move the ISIS overview so that the capsule is in the center of the screen, please let me do that. Same for every other "extreme" location in the tree.
Also the "Masteries" in the character window, under skills are still called "Certificates". Not sure if that's intended or not.
Looking forward to the rest.
Besides that I also hold the oppinion that CCP should make a PC version for Dust 514. |

Was it intended that when in the solar system view you can no longer right click on anomalies/scanned signatures to warp-to them anymore? This so far, is my only gripe with this expansion, looking good guys.
Also whatever you guys did to make my menus/market/assets, etc. load faster, good on ya - that's a huge bonus in my books. |

The Patch notes no not say that the new SOE ships can fit a covert cyno field generator, and it was made fairly clear in the F&I thread they were not intended to be able to fit one, but in game the ISIS says they can fit one.
