The Datacores certificate under the Science group requires Astronautic Engineering at all levels. Skill has not been available in game for a long time so Certificate can never be gained. |

After login for the first time after Rubicon update it seemed a bit laggy. So, I pressed escape and hit the Optimize Settings button in graphics. I had everything running on high and prior to Rubicon it was as smooth as could be. Now everyhing is disabled or low. The graphic experience is seriously worse. I don't understand how it could be so different. The gameplay experience is so much poorer now. |

Same here. Hope some fix soon. It now impossible to use autopilot with sound enabled. Every gate you pass through and this stucked sound. If you reopen your minimazed client window - sound gone. Till next gate... |

Bug with empty icons is not fixed by removing cache and updating video driver.
Also I can't see ship's model on character select screen.

By the way, why is client even trying to generate those icons from ship's model? You made png files available for tool's developers and you decided not to use them? What's the point of cutting out few MB of 12GB game anyway... And non-ship-non-drone icons can't be generated by this method. This is going weirder and weirder. |

Ok i would like to report something funny going on with icons. And before you say it, yes i did all ready clear cache, didint help.
Small icons for stations and sometimes stuff in hangar shows up all messed up of just black box.
On positive note, atleast my graphics settings are finally after many ears properly restored when eve exits. No more pink screens

I just hope they will fix it so that you can do it from in game so i can't have to use the luncher.
As it is a click fest when you have more then one toon.

You are runing in DX11, get the luncher to use DX 9 and you can see all of it ones more

Getting a 50/50 shot of client freezing and displaying the desktop (with the game cursor) upon warping. Affects warp when logging in while in space as well as manually initiated ones the few times the game doesn't crash upon login. Unable to interact with desktop via mouse but keyboard commands still register. Alt-tabbing back to game has no effect. Have to kill exefile.exe from cmd and restart game.

Activating the bastion module in highsec, you get a red aggression indicator in top left refering to;
"aggression verses another capsuleer preventing jumping or docking"
No concord responce, or vunrability to other players, but rather a scary message to see when sat immobile outside a station in a bil isk hull :) |

You sure? Press Ctrl+F and see is there DX9 or DX11, under fps.
If really dx9, so i don't know. Running dx9 helped me too. |

Just found out that the skill queue when training the new customs tax skill, was stuck at 1 second remaining and would not complete. Had to log out and back in to get it to complete and start training level 2.
Anyone else seen this? |

Cards installed:
-Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 <-able to choose only this card
-Nvidia Geforce GT 240 <-no longer a choice
Is the card now obsolete for the game, or is there another reason why i can't chose which card to use for the display adapter?

I've got no video. The screen goes blank. I changed the settings to DirectX 9, and I can now get into the game settings, but still have a black\blank display. I turned down all of the graphics settings, but it didn't help. I launched Eve in Safe Mode, but that didn't help either. System info:

While running Rubicon on my late 2011 Macbook Air, I'm able to start the launcher, log-in, select the character that I want to play as and then the game hangs. The music continues to play, but the screen is black and I'm unable to get back to Finder to kill the process.
I have to power off the computer to recover.

Since the patch I have two black borders on each side of the full screen client. It's squeezing the game in about an inch on each side. I have cleared the cache and restarted the computer. I'm not sure if this is b/c I have an AMD video chip. Any help would be great. Also, when I jump or undock my camera is sometimes inside of my ship. |

Half the ship, module, and BPO icons in my inventory are showing up as either black screens or Christmas lights. The same goes for images in the show info screen. I've tried clearing my Eve cache and restarting the client, but that didn't help. Any fixes for this? |

Now each time when you switch ships in space, especially on pos, camera resets to default. It's incredibly annoying.
And I've written several bugreports stating that camera tends to reset after each several gatejumps, and now this crap with ship switching in Rubicon.
What's the point of sending bugreports I don't know.

I have my computer hooked up to a 42" LCD TV and I've played Eve on it since 2009. For some reason when I run the new Rubicon Directx11 client, my TV's HDMI input mode (Has 2 settings, PC or TV mode) seems to switch from PC mode to TV mode. When the input mode is in TV mode, the PC picture is distorted and blurry. Now this sometimes happens in other games but I can usually just ALT-Tab back and forth and that usually always corrected the problem. With the EVE client, it just stays that way. When I go into the TV settings it's still showing as in PC mode. I tried switching to TV back to PC but it will not correct the problem. I am confused as to why I can't play this in DirectX11. I have played many games including the new Battlefield 4 andI only have problems with the new EVE client. If I switch the client back to DirectX9, it works flawlessly. I have 2 GTX760's and it's ridiculous I can't use them to there full potential. Please fix this CCP. |

The patching process went OK for me, however, I think the MWD sounds are terrible. I would have expected sounds like that in an early 90's game.
Please re-work this sound or get rid of it - for now my sound is switched off.

Your probably running the client in dx11 mode. The GT240 only supports DX10.1. Change the settings on the launcher to DX9 and I would imagine you'll see both.
