I've been playing just over two years and since I formed my corporation I've been fairly low on cash since most of it goes to the corp wallet and projects. Since joining our latest alliance and moving the corporation into 0.0, I've been ratting and mining when not PvP'ing and some lucky rat finds have brought me about 2.2 billion in total with just 3 items 
The bounties and other loot total about 500mil as well but I've spent much of it already on corp and personal stuff; I can't hold onto ISK for long.
I have 2 Battleships; one a disposable PvP ship with T1 fittings, the other my ratting Apoc with all named and T2 items for efficiency. I have a few assault frigates, interceptors, a barge, a Buzzard, a Manticore, my first ever cruiser which is still alive (My Moa) and about 400-500mil in spread assetts.

I used to think npcing was the road to wealth. I suppose it is if you dont want to "get your hands dirty" in a shady (piracy, not scamming) type of way.
But basically pvp is the best way to get rich imho. One time I thought, "how much isk a day could I make if I won the state lotta and didn't have to work and could play 8 hours a day." I'm pretty sure I could AVERAGE 50 million isks a day from loot\ransoms\etc.
Two weeks ago I had a stretch where from one corp I've wardecced coughed up close to 1.4 to 1.5 billion isks worth of just modules. Obviously that's on the HIGH side of "average" but still shows, again imo, what careful scouting of potential war targets and pvp can yield.
I can easily see how Ange1 and the Establishment crew funded a mothership from pvp loot. I plan on funding 1 if not two carriers plus training skill books for the same with the trends we've been riding lately in the loot dept.
Finally, and paradoxically, IDEALLY I would still rather have a vagabond bpo and just milk that beot.ch for teh easy money ><

I was usually poor most of the time. Sometimes I made good money e.g. with an officer kill, but then I spend it all and was poor again.
After RMR I really started to work to get some wealth. Did that for about 2 month and made over 3 bil isk in loot, mins, cash during the time.
At the moment I'm just living from that, since I've less time to gather new wealth . Now I sell the loot, build ships from my mins etc. Easy living, but it doesn't last long.

10 months old and i have 230 mill and probably about 200 mill in assets. Does not go up or down to much. I am careful with my ISK.

Been playing for about 1 year 2 months so far and I've got about 2.5b worth of assets. I've had 2b isk in my wallet max, then I spent it.

Well, I will not discuss how much I have but my monthly gross sales are a few billion per month, mostly selling freighters.
Been playing since Beta 4 and retail. I started mining, then within a week started manufacturing and selling. When implants came out, I started mission running. When it was better to sell BPCs over building, I sold BPCs.
Pretty much I figured out what was going to sale and then went after it. To put it in perspective, I was the first seller of badgers in LoneTrek. I created the AFK mining with badgers to convince players to buy them from me.
So yeah, I have billions, but then I worked to get players to give me thier ISK and still be happy with me.

I've been over a bil, atm have a mega, 500m assets and 150ish cash maybe.
Nvr been very rich, if i have a ship I like to fly i'm a pretty happy bunny.

3 year vet here... and the most money I made was selling my 2nd account for 1.5 bil, who later won several t2 bpos and made me cry for days 
As most have said here... I'm rich in assets, but far from the peeps tossing around 15bil at will.

playing for 2 1/2 years and the most liquid assets ive had at any one time is about 800mil...
currently im at about 200mil and only 28mil in the wallet..
one of my mates (3 year vet) makes close to 500mil a week... and thats only we 3 t2 bpo's

Vic, I've only been playing about 6 months and even I've had more cash than that. (neener neener neeeener...)
Actually, I think the reason might be simply because pursuit of wealth is not your primary goal in the game. You like to help other people out and have always been very generous with anything you do have.
So perhaps you are right and many vets are not loaded with cash, but I'd bet you don't have any regrets about it. And if it really mattered to you, I've no doubt it would be simple for you to get rich.
I'm not here to win any popularity contests. I couldn't care less what you think of me - all that matters is this: Can you defend your opinions? |

and 250mil on the market
npc'ing in 0.0 spurned my biggest isk/assets accumulation .
i think i honestly could be much richer but im always moving from one end of the galaxy to the next dont have time to start anything , but it's no biggie as long as i have a main bs a backup im happy

I've been playing for over 2 years and have maybe a couple of bil in assests, but currently around 50 mil in my wallet.. insurance is a pain.
I could make a lot of isk mining/ratting, but why bother.. while I have a ship to PvP in I'm happy as it is.

Had one character exceed a billion last year after some loans got repaid. Gave 500mil to my corp to help it get started. Now got 500mil on both my main accounts but am about to give most of my earnings straight to the corp.
Cash in the bank doesn't earn anything but I like to have a good cushion :)
If I want to earn cash I can usually pull in 100mil a week.
Dunno what I have in assets but I know I've got an Armageddon sat in Lower Debyl that I haven't used in over a year. Might have another stashed somewhere. Bestowers I have everywhere 'coz I buy them for the task then leave them for next time.

Been playing since beta and retail day 5 and my main has well over a million RP across 6 R&D agents... but never got a BPO.
Instead the majority of my wealth comes from npc'ing and doing missions in Curse back in the days when faction ship bpc's didn't drop. Got me the third or fourth Machariel ingame and sold it for 5.5b just a few hours later. Then invested most of it in dreadnought component BPO's which gives me a somewhat regular income of about a bil a month. It's no where close to T2 production obviously, but it's sufficient for my needs.

I've been playing since 2003 (i think).
Got about 68 mill in the wallet, but got a **** load of isk in my hangars.
But then again, i'm a ship collector. Just can't keep my hands off them

2 Accounts been here since june 2003 they both fly covetors and i have around 50 mil isk atm still who needs isk.........me lol
As soon as i reach 100 mil it magically dissapears!
