Played for roughly eight months off and on thus far, never had over 16mil on me, never owned anything larger than a cruiser. So yeah, those complaining about being poor with three BS and 250mil can stop -_-. I've left multiple times because while I am PvP at heart, you can't PvP in this game unless you can afford it /=.

Been playing since April 2004 here, only ever had 240m in ISK. Though with all my assets, I might have closer to 500m.

I'm playing since september 2005, and I reckon I've crossed the 1bn mark in assets a month or two ago. Most of the isk is in my pimpride machariel and the fits I have for it (one centus X-type armor tank to go with the AC's, and one Gistii B-type shield to go with the arties)
I like to think that the few times I gave random newbs a couple of million isk and some advice have made the gods love me, and that that explains my riches

If you join a corp in 0.0 you can rat or join mining ops for easy money.
If you stay in empire you can do level 4's and make billions too. More slowly but there's little risk of losing anything.
If you PVP (pirate) you can make as much as your talent and luck allow.
Personally my small corp of RL friends was poor for a long time when we decided to relocate to a quieter part of space and mine kernite until our lasers dropped off, buy a few choice bpos and get into production.
Since then money hasn't been an issue, you log on and have 700m isk more than you logged off with.
So to be clear - 15 month char, billions of isk, all made in empire (tried 0.0 once, found it boring).

I've been playing off and on since Beta. I am definitely not rich (35 mil to my name), although the most I've ever had was 600mil. If any of you rich vets wish to help out a poor semi-vet, please feel free to drop a few mil isk my way
