It isn't a 14 day trial, you can't get that - its an open beta test. And when I signed up, no mail... And definately nothing in English.

Well, communism itself is bad for people but chinese isn't anymore 100% pure communism because in true utopia communism there is no poor people and noone has to suffer, sadly human nature does not allow real communism to happen ever.

Im happy for them. I remember the first couple of days when eve started back in 2003. It was a fantastic feeling exploring the game and the universe. Their eve is much more complete then the 2003 version too. I bet they are having loads of fun collecting cash for their first cruisers right about now.

Is their NPC market seeded the same as ours ? They're going to have to wait until someone has 66mil isk for a thorax BPO before seeing them if so :)

from what my friends and fammily say who play on it cause they live over there... they have already have ahd 500 man fleet battles... from what i hear

I feel compelled to point out most Farmers ive heard of are of eastern european origin [Like Russian]. Saying that all chinese are macro users is just racism really, a bit like saying all Koreans eat dogs

Racism is hard to fight. I mean, if i write something stupid in a thread and let people know im from sweden, alot of the readers will think "oh those swedes are stupid" if im the only swede they come in contact with.
I think its the same with the chinese. Once you talk to some chinese people or even watch them on youtube or whatever, you'll see that they are very much like everybody else. If you travel alot you will also be forced to see people for what they really are.
Its hard to both have good friends of a certain race and at the same time be a racist. So that basicly means that the racists talk about people they dont even know, because they have wrongfully determined that everybody of a certain race is similar to eachother.

Congratulations CCP!
Its exciting to see you coming into a new level of success - and in some very very small and near-insignificant way I feel part of that success. As such I want to know MORE!
1) IMHO this success is being understated by CCP considering what it is. Is that the way it is at CCP HQ? Whats the atmosphere there or is it business as usual?
2) How is Serenity doing?? Is she lagging? Is she performing well? Does she have similar hardware to the current TQ?
3) How are you guys gonna scale that quickly!!!? I'm of course not looking for any details (well, I am, but I dont think I'll get them)... but if that was day 2 how are you going to deal with the lag when you actually release the server??
4) What reviews are you getting? What do chinese players like? What do they hate? Stats on concurrent connections aside, how is the game being recieved??? (If it's being recieved well it only proves that Chinese players have good taste.)
5) Does Serenity have the same anti-macro/bot/exploit EULA in spirit? Or has that also been altered to better accomodate a different culture?
I kinda envy a fresh clean server - everyone in noob ships - and the difference between gunnery0 and gunnery3 being a decider in combat...
Need more info! But overall, I'm excited for you CCP - good show!
