Mmm, I'd guess that's because the skills are seeded by the normal NPC orders as they are on TQ, wheras ships etc get seeded by the special Sisi seeding script.
The problem with seeding the skills using the script would be that it would then be impossible to buy one from the NPC order (market always buys from cheapest order in same place), so it would mask faults with the NPC seeding.

Buy apoc for 100 isk.
Insure to platinum.
Undock.
Self-destruct.
Rinse and repeat till you have the necessary isk.

is anyone else getting higher than normal cpu usage (ie. EVE maxing out 1 core) when using this client? I have a X2 3800+ with 2 gb of ram and these slowdowns shouldnt be happening. The test client is installed on a RAID array too...

No abnormal slowdowns here. Just The system locking when a ship i was attacking was going into siege mode. (the dread pilot also locked up) havent been able to reproduce yet as not many dread pilots

It worked yesterday at around 13:00-14:00 (at 14:00 the scheduled DT was announced).

The bugs are just huge on this client, the cap bug is STILL causing me big issues as I get it all the time, its like my char is out of sync with the db or something

i've put in the server i'd as 87.237.38.10, when i try to login, i get told 'incompatible (region)'
Anyone else get this, or any idea why?

the test server still borked or what? i have the 2.12.4359 version tried the 87.237.38.50 and 87.237.38.10 and stil nadda would be nice to get on this year sometime

Yep, looks like they are both still borked. I cannot get to the Unicode test server. And it seems Sis1 (old code) is still as stable as ever :)

yeh, the devs are all on there summer breaks and with a Skeleton crew left to run stuff till there bak the SiSis wont be online much id expect.

I guess it's gonna be down for a wile. And yes it's the most bugged patch yet but it's normal cause it's a total new system and SISI is there to find and report bug's so stop complaining about stuff is bugged. The test server is not there for your own enjoyment it's there to test and bug hunt. I think CCP should make asection for ppl to apply for the test server so only bug hunter's can get on it.

Well, i can log in but not enter the game, like play, says its loading forever.
EDIT: WOOT after 8mins of loading, i finally MADE IT IN THE UNICODE SERVER
