Hey people.
I made this basic tool to calculate mineral based item productions and profits on market.
http://www.starcraft.ee/eve/
It is web based. I wrote it for myself, but since it's public anyway I thought I'd share it here as well. I improve it according to needs in time. Any bugs or improvement suggestions are welcome. |

I updated the calculator, it uses EVE database dump now and calculates live as you type on input fields.
Any feedback or suggestions are welcome. You must register account to use the calculator because I want to add material price and all kinds of settings saving per account. |

Looks good
You've run into some issues with the figures like I did, however. Like with 'Mobile Large Warp Disruptor I' Specifically, if an item is marked as recyclable in the extra materials table, you have to remove it's components from the main material list. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=516150#post516150 should be of use to you. Thanks for the heads up man!
I just somehow did not multiply the material quantity of the recycle item with the quantity of the item itself. It decreased only one recycle item materials from the base. It is fixed now! |

All registered users can now save material prices if they are logged in, so they don't have to input manufacture material prices all the time. |

Added API support. Users can add one or multiple API keys from different accounts under profile settings while logged in. API fetches characters to database and according to those characters wallet transactions are fetched. Depending on your settings in warehouse, wallet transactions will add bought item types to warehouse automatically.
It is still in beta so be aware. What is this sorcery?

Added account status api call to api keys under profile. Your API key must have AccountStatus checkbox ticked to see AccountStatus info. It will show next billing date and how many days until next billing date, account creation date, how many times you have logged in to game and forums and your account online time (how long you have been online in the game). Added Refining Calculator and profit calculator from ore and ice.
http://www.eve-cost.eu/refining
All feedback is welcome! Or donations
FILTER:
Usually you want to use filter, you probably never need to calculate all ores together. Can be slower for some browsers. If you click on ore or ice row, it turns green. Select the ores you want to calculate and then click on "Filter Selected" button to filter non-selected ores out. If you are logged in, you can save filter. Type in your mineral or ice product prices and quantities if needed. If you are logged in, you can save prices also.
If you use the calculator with ingame browser. Clicking on item icon images opens that item market query. What is this sorcery?

Added "Save Price" button to General Results box. It allows you to save manufacturing cost of one unit or minimum sell cost of one unit. For example this allows more easily to calculate the prices of capital construction parts or some of the materials for t2 manufacturing.
Example: You open Erebus in the calculator. In the materials list you click on Capital Armor Plates calc link. It opens new tab in your browser where you calculate armor plate price and save the price. You close the tab and press "Get Saved Prices" button on Erebus page. What is this sorcery?

Some small feedback, as a producer of T2/T3 items its very tedious to enter all the prices manually. So i would suggest to add some form of price grabbing engine. The currently best tool out there is IPH, since i can nicely import and setup prices the way i want and they reflect actual currently market data. For me its very important to get current data and the ability to separately import raw material prices via "min sell" and finished products via the "max buy" option.
I looked at various indy sites and while they all have nice tools and setup, they all lack the flexible price import and calculation options IPH has. On the other hand IPH lacks the "new project" feature and has no statistical features. |

Thank you for feedback. I will start working on price importing features.
I am thinking of adding eve-central fetching and maybe eve "export file" importing also. What is this sorcery?

I guess eve-central/eve-marketeer is fine, the main advantage of eve-marketeer is the 5% lookup api, which better represents avg./median prices. On the other hand eve-central seems more stable and faster and also allows u to import a large daily dump to reduce overhead.
As example check out the production calculator of http://eve.addicts.nl its fast and simple, it still misses the more adv. price filtering options, but as a first evaluation gets the job done.

eve-central has a "sell/percentile" which tracks moderately close to the EMD/EMK 5% number

It is first release candidate and can contain bugs. Please report them if you see any. Each item typeID has 30min cache.

Would be nice to also fetch the price of the finished product :) aka "Market Sell Price". I also like the options in IPH, where u can setup sell/buy prices individually. As a example, i use the 5% sell prices for import raw mats and components, but often use the 5% buy orders for the finished product. This way i make sure even if the sales volume is low in the worst case i simply can sell to the buy orders and still make a profit. So maybe add 2 price setup lines, one for input prices and one for output prices. |
