Proof is something that can be disputed as we have seen time and time again on these forums. Photoshopping pics, TS recordings, etc it has all be done. So I ask you this, please define what non-repudiation evidence would be deemed acceptable and I would have to tell you that ther eis no such thing as non-repudiation in this game. Regardless, it doesn't matter, if they don't want to take the info, then so be it, it is their loss.
Again not good enough.... you must have chatlogs of CEO's/directors talking of transferring valuables to empire. You spoke of STK Scientific using their road trip to fountain as a cover for shipping valuables out of ASCN space. You spoke of CYVOK actually skimming 10% of ASCN earnings over the last years and stashing it away in empire. There must be chatlogs, internal directorial postings... anything, which ASCN would then have to disprove.
You cannot then say that there is no proof of this.. because then you are guilty of exactly what ASCN have been doing by accusing BoB/CCP etc... of haxxors.
What you have posted so far is in no way shape or form worth actually ratting on your former alliance mates.
There is a word for that, its called a traitor.
The onus is on you to provide proof of what you are saying.. otherwise the above label will be all you are left with.

I would say that since ASCN is still plugging away, and there isn't a mass forum outcry of "OMG all our ISK/mins/ships/**** is gone!" there hasn't been any plundering of said loot.

Yeah but a Goonie can get into Axe and steal all their pos stuff.
What does our corp theft have to do with you sucking bob's balls, or losing 1 ship and whining in alliance channel all day about it?

Oh, and let me explain how the taxes worked, since this dude has no idea:
For the first year to 14 months of ASCN's existance, CLS/DDC (until DDC left, then it was CLS) collected the 10% tax to fund alliance level projects such as the first outpost and the first dreadnaughts. When other corps built refining outposts, 5% of the tax went to CLS and the other 5% went to the owning corp. A few months ago, CLS stopped collecting taxes from other corps outposts completely, and only got tax from the ones belonging to CLS.
The Titan was primarily built with the tax minerals collected over the months of ASCN's existance. I think the number was something like 80% of the build minerals came from CLS's stock (don't quote me on that, it was in a blog that I cba to dig up right now). The rest came from donations by various ASCN corps. Tax collected also paid for the POSs CLS maintains.
There was no skimming. CYVOK as a player was, in fact, very poor, because he gave out most of his assets to people that were down on their luck and needed some insurance isk or a new BS because they lost their last one. The personal isk he did have he mostly made building and trading in empire on OOC alts.
Yes, he flew many ships that were built with corp/alliance isk, but he flew them for the good of the alliance. Titan, freighters on his alts, etc. CYVOK worked his ass off for ASCN, and while he was by far not perfect (he IS human, just like the rest of us) he did a pretty damn good job. ----------

Lord Xsiv be a man i call you out 1 vs 1 man vs boy
what is your contribution to EDF the lace you called home. you gave nothing you are a nobody and you deserve every thing you ever get.
are you going to fight ascn are you going to fight EDF i hope you do as i will be there fighting where i will always be.
there have been times where i could have easily given up the last year hell sometimes my wife wishes i had given up but no i was given a home i was given a dream and i made friends
You are the worst sort of player you gave up and sold out you could have left and said nothing and you would have wales away with your head held high but you come on here and try to bring down what i fight for what i believe in what i stand for. You are no better than the person that offlined all our POS or the people who walk off with the corp wallet and ships.

Kid? Gorramit, I'm 22. Im a kid +1!
I dont really play my heart out. Ive been stuck in station for like 3 weeks thanks to work roster (but damn did I get a fat pay check! bam!)
Im just like you. We know this, we've spoken before and you've seen my posts. The difference is that I made a choice. I privately raise issues or ideas with directors/ceo or troll through civis ascendant, sifting for what I want.
Things werent always handled that great. Sadly, you proved why. The moment Cyvok was gone you started smacking about him, ASCN etc on eve-o. You engaged with so many players in a tone that really brought out more agitated posts. Maybe we were asked to not post to eve-o, exactly because the ones who need to post to a public messageboard that badly, are the ones who shouldnt be allowed in public.

EDF blog wasn't really clear this time -------- The BoB model is bad for business. Incidently the BoB model is more suited for a game such as WoW where as the ASCN model more suited for Eve.

Oh nono. I'm counting down till I can go home. I'm doing the mad refresh on forums cos Im bored at work.
I don't have any assembled ships that arent shuttles or tackler frigates atm. Xsiv is quite safe from me. Though I must admit, I'm really curious as to what his assets are that he feels he can take on John McCreedy.
I mean, the guy accuses the corps of witholding funds right? And has only lost 1 apoc (until he names an alt). So how is it that he still has the resources to take on 'ol rusty spoon himself?

10% refining tax is more then fair. Actually it's pretty outstanding. Those POS's don't build and fuel themselves.
You sound like a giant carebear who got upset that you could no longer mine for hours in peace. So yeah, you are a big part of the reason why ASCN isn't doing so hot right now, they let in a bunch of dead weight like you.

No sorry, I won't reveal them here on the forum. It does nothing but allow for future intelligence gathering.... Enough people know who I am, who my alts are and have already vouched. Plus how can you value spedning over 200 combat hours as a covops pilot? I would say that not having a loss would suffice, but then people would call that cheesy, etc.
As for your other calls to provide 'evidence', well I will just let time provide that. This is a game, so just leave it at that as it isn't worth the effort much more than I have put into this.
As for accusations, well, actually one could look at it this way. I however didn't bring it up as it was something to question as that would assume they could postualte some sort of defense. I just stated what I stated and I have given them no option to refute. Maybe you should be asking them for evidence that all those assets are not up in empire on some non-descript alt....Afterall wasn't that which was asked in the TS hacking claim thread by ASCN? Bob was supposed to provide proof that it wasn't them? It is ok for ASCN to have others prove their 'innocence' but it doesn't apply to them?
Lots of interesting discussion points...

the reason ascn is loosin that badly is imo that there wasnt a single thought through strategy from the hc that they couldve sticked to.
a good example was the pos spam in tpar, where they forgot to anchor guns in most towers..
then they changed tactics every week..
also the lack of good fcs mustve been frustrating for the average ascn member who lost bs after bs til their 3 to 1 numbers came down to 1 to 1 numbers..
its funny to see that they still didnt learn, right now were shooting prime orbital pos¦s down, they anchored 10 poses in nol, 8 of them not onlined.. - Purple Conquered The World, We the Universe.

You see Brian, that is the problem with ASCN and most of its members. You take everything at face value and don't even take anything into consideration that isn't towing the party line. In fact you do the opposite - if someone brings something up that questions integrity they are then immediately labelled a disturber and punted out to the curb.
If you took a look at the history of my recent postings, they have escalated over time from when Cyvok quit the game. Now think about that. Could it be possible that I was bringing up things into question that were too sensitive for HC to answer as the answers to those questions could have finished off the rest of morale? I mean afterall, most people would leave if they knew that their corp reserves were sitting on an ooc alt in empire instead of being used for the war.
Anyhow, in normal ASCN fashion, the inner circle decided it was best to use the black bag approach and silence as soon as possible. On eve-o forums that means getting the rank and file to spam the forums....

Democracy never works in eve, especially in an alliance that has over 4k players [i think?]. Now how the hell can you expect for everyone's views to be considered? you cnt. If people dnt like it then they can leave, but you didnÆt and you stayed for the best part of a year? [Reading someone else's post]. As for removing members who question authority, can you give us any proof of that? and even if that was the case so? People becoming outspoken represents problems and it has the potential to ripping alliances apart. ThereÆs a high counsel im guessing? thatÆs all you need. If you dnt like, you can leave, your not being pinned down by staples to the floor are you? You only stayed because of what the 0.0 space had in terms of rare ores and npc's and it was worthwhile for you.
Now posting a thread on how your own alliance works so badly isnt the most constructive thing to do. YouÆve tried to give a report on inner workings, but you've only given a biased, one sided report to maybe reduce morale? Maybe with cyvok leaving ASCN might not last long, but i highly doubt it's going to fall over night, and im sure it'll recover quicker than alot of people think. The person who takes over will im sure be just as good. As for all the people thinking of leaving ASCN, id just say let them. If their the type that give up too easily then thatÆs up to them, but Corp CEO's will be remembered for those who left because they couldnt live under pressure. Remember, first one who's morale breaks looses.
As for Lord XSiV, give him the title of 'chav' and boot him out. And as for people not towing the party line, you might want to refer to RL and Chief Whips and how that works as you'll find it's very familiar.
Good luck finding a corp because you'll need it.

Originally by: "Lord KSiV" there will be some whine about it not being fair, hax, cheating, exploiting, etc but that is the ASCN way of covering up for a deficiency; blame others.
This is a CYVOK and McCreedy trait but hopefully it won't hold up for the new leadership..
The answer for ASCN is simple. Keep fighting.
If I have to agree with BoB guy in ASCN thread, that means there's something wrong with the thread.
Lord, if you hated ASCN and HC so deeply why the hell you suffered for 7 months? The answer always was within a distance of a pair of mouse clicks.
Another Eve player who uses the 'special math' where 7 equals all other numbers. Go back, count using your fingers and report the correct number. Last guy still hasn't come back yet, so keep that in mind.
